I first went in April 2022, after seeing Issy's ad in a local mag just at the right time as I needed an ear cleared. She made me feel at ease right away, and we chatted away and had a laugh, and I actually enjoyed the sensation of the deep ear clean. I told many people after what a great experience it was compared to the days when you went to the nurse at the doctors surgery, and you had to hold that cup while your ear was rinsed out! With Issy the treatment felt like a massage for the inner ear! I'd have paid to go regularly! However after swimming last month, my ear felt blocked up again, only to be told by Issy that it was blocked way before I went swimming! I've been told I have narrow ear canals though, but though it required a bit more softening this time with the wax, Issy provided the treatment with ease and no stress. In a brain fog moment I got to the appointment only to realise I had left my card behind, but there was no issue to rearrange an appointment as I suggested, and instead I paid my invoice asap when I got home within the hour. Many thanks again, you make a potentially uncomfortable appointment fun, relaxed, and comfy.

The knowledge that whatever it might be that is diminishing your hearing, Miss Whitford will discover the problem sooner rather than later and get to work on it. On the three occasions I have visited her in her Nissan hut I have left the most satisfied of customers, and what's more, with my hearing as good as it can possibly be.
