Issy is a dedicated and highly skilled professional who explains the procedure being undertaken and her easy going approach and sense of humour put me at ease. Absolutely brilliant! Managed to sort out my six year old daughter's ear in an amazingly sensitive and professional way. She is so pleased that her ear is now not blocked and her hearing is improved. Issy came highly recommended by other family members and I can totally see why.
