My mailbox quota was almost full so I contacted support to discuss the options. The most obvious being to get rid of old or large emails which unfortunately isn't that easy and I was fed up with doing this every six months. The other option was to upgrade from Nano hosting to Mega hosting, with the increased mailbox quota. I'm anticipating a lot more correspondence so this was the best option, which I requested. I received a quote and invoice the same day which I paid immediately and within a short space of time the upgrade went through. I had a query the following day which was also acted on and overall I'm very happy with the service I've received. I've also used them once before and have found the support team helpful and responsive.

I was transferring a domain from another provider (set up by someone else) and the instructions from the other provider weren't clear, so I asked Ecohosting and they were very helpful and quick to sort it out for me. recently bought into EcoHostings domain & email service. Very friendly and helpful over the phone, assisting with which package would be best for my needs. And good support in sorting out snagging issues (due to my lack of knowledge) which was quickly resolved.

I've stuck with ecohosting for some years because of their excellent customer support, features and uptime. I only run a couple of sites but it's surprising how often I've had to call on them for a little help. They understand (and tolerate with great kindness) people like me who know how to use their site but are clueless about what happens under the lid. Oh, and the price is very competitive.

No issues at all using EcoHosting. Any issues and I can just raise a case and the support team get back to me fairly quickly

I have been with Ecohosting since their inception. It has always been a friendly and concientious service. They deal with things quickly. Sad to say I was with other providers who held your domain hostage or increased prices beyond reasonable. Ecohosting lets me have a few websites visible for a reasonable monthly fee. I like them.

I have recently moved to Eco Hosting from my previous provider for both hosting and domain name registration.
Pricing is good, the moving of the account was handled speedily, and the support so far with any questions which have come up has been excellent.

I have had to make a couple of queries both before and after purchasing a hosting package. I am a returning/existing client. My questions were answered quickly, politely and understandably. As a result I feel confident that future queries will be handled equally well, and this is important to me because although I am not entirely inexperienced, I’m certainly no expert and have (and will) possibly need guidance moving forward.
