No messing about - problem sorted in the prompt and professional way that Ecohosting always deal with issues.

The level of customer support has dramatically declined. Takes ages for them to respond to support tickets. Currently have an issue with SSL certificates not updating automatically. It's already taken nearly 2 hours and I still haven't had a response.
I would note that they used to be very good with their customer support, but since Hostpresto took over, they have been awful!

The response to a support ticket was informative and helpful. Whilst the issue was my fault they supplied the required information so that I could rectify it all without passing judgement on my competence.

I had an issue that needed customer service intervention in between the Christmas and New Year festive period. I reached out and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of response as it's a time most people have light teams working. The representative was also able to provide a resolution.

Since Ecohosting have been bought by Host Presto, I have had numerous issues with my account and the support has gone completely down hill. Tickets get lost or ignored. I have been three days with no response. The domain renewal is a nightmare as they changed domain provider and don't automatically update the provider with old domains. Performance is not great. Sadly not the company they used to be.

As a first time user of anything to do with obtaining a domain name and hosting a website, I found the whole experience seamless and easy to follow.

Excellent value, but truly extraordinary technical support. I transferred in a domain from another host, and asked for two mailboxes to be migrated in, and it was all done and dusted so quickly that I could barely keep up. Seamless efficiency. Never had an online service this good before.

After my previous supplier announced it was being taken over [again], I decided it was time to look elsewhere. I'm now using Eco Hosting for domains, web hosting and email and I've been very impressed. A faultless changeover, attractive pricing, excellent system performance and prompt/knowledgable support. Highly recommended.

Firstly the carbon-neutral ethos of EcoHosting sets them apart.

Secondly their support responsiveness both pre-sale and during setup was first class. I have run an IT support business in the past so know how hard they work to achieve this; not just in effectiveness but in attitude and culture.

Thirdly, the performance of the hosted site exceeds expectation.

And finally I think the hosting package we used on this site is exceptional value for money.

I joined ecohosting a few weeks back after researching for an affordable web host that offered an SSL certificate in their packages. I found ecohosting had a very generous package deal which included that SSL certificate. I had a domain with another company which I pointed to ecohosting with no issues. Great customer service and tech help and very quick to respond.

Moving from Virgin Media broadband means losing email addresses. Decided on buying a UK-based service with own domain, and having used Enix for years without issues decided on this one.

Absolutely awful, customer service is non existent

A Very Impressive Service, we have been disappointed with our old hosting company and ecohosting.co.uk is a breath of fresh air with its very efficient migration service which was faultless from start to finish, the ticket service is very prompt and staff very empathic and informative, with very little work left for us to do except updating our email clients, Domain registration and email hosting pricing very good too*****

Customer service tickets seem to be the prefered method of providing help. I am generally not a fan of this, but Ecohosting makes it work well. A couple of small problems were easily sorted during the domain transfer and the service has been prompt and professional. The inital price seems great, but I have changed hosting provider because of pricing issues ... we will see what happens next year. So far, so good!

I spent an hour with "Tak T" helping me sort out the mess I created with my accounts. Very patient, understanding and talked me through it all. I now have a single yearly invoice and a huge clean up of removing unwanted items. This type of customer service is rare in todays world.

Was happy with Eco Hosting until they doubled the price of their packages overnight. They sent me an invoice to renew which was more than double what I paid last time. No explanation, no warning. They might want to rethink their slogan of 'cheap hosting' it's actually very expensive now and there's plenty of hosting companies a lot cheaper and doing the same job.

They used to be pretty good but I'm just experiecing problems right now be it technical that all my email on their email provider got deleted, emails no longer getting forwarded without doing any changes and the automatic payment doesn't work anymore to pay the invoices and they charge me different amounts and double. So I'm going to find a new hosting provider now.

After my longtime hosting company was sold abroad and service went downhill I decided I needed to transfer domain and email hosting.
I confirm I have in the last week transferred 2 domains and 2 email hosting services to ecohosting and found the process relatively simple. Any queries I had were answered quickly and so far very happy.
