Very happy with the service offered. Sometime this type of experience can be quite complicated. I've used customer support several times and on each occasion received great advice in a very timely fashion. Happy to recommend.

We moved all our hosting and domains from Fasthost to Ecohosting. Ecohosting have been Very helpful by migrating our websites and email services for free. The prices are very reasonable. The ticket support have always dealt with any problems promptly. A very friendly and professional company to deal with.

Eco hosting not only offers environmental friendly and easy way to my own business website, but their service has also always been exceptional and outstanding!
They always reply quickly and have always solved any issues that occurred.

Have used their Hosting services for several years now and found that when a problem occurs (very infrequently) their on-line customer service usually sorts it very quickly with the minimum of fuss.

Now taking them to County Court. Their servers are not fit for purpose. We have have months and months of emails not working because their servers are frequently blocked. Customer service staff send ridiculous replies trying to deny and, in my opinion, blatantly lie about the reasons for services not working. A favourite of theirs is trying to blame issues on users. Only when you systematically disprove and refuse every single spurious reason they give as to why things aren't working will they then come clean and tell you the truth - that their servers are basically always blocked. In addition to that, I now have a company site totally going down as the server has failed. I previously managed to get a ticket escalated to an Ecohosting Company director - only after threatening Court action. They refused to offer a refund for the time that their service wasn't working, but eventually agreed to provide a refund for unused time ahead. I thought this was unreasonable, but couldn't be bothered with the argument and had already resolved to move to a new company. Between then and getting a move underway the who server has gone down. I have now requested the Ecohosting Director to contact me back as I am now losing money and potential search rankings as a result of their dysfunctional services. I will again request a full refund, reflective that their services are not fit for purpose. If it is not offered then I will take them to court with, now, a whole dossier of evidence.

Ecohosting used to be excellent but I'm really disappointed at how much their service has gone downhill. I used to recommend them but I can't do that any more.

Last year there were a number of occasions where I couldn't send emails as they were blocked by spamhaus. Apparently, if I was unhappy the way to resolve it was to pay Eco Hosting more money to have a private IP address. It happened so often it began to feel like they were trying to scam me into spending more.

It's been fine for about five months but it's started happening again. Despite me reporting the problem they never let me know when it's been resolved (the only way I know is to keep trying to send emails until it starts working again),

Having had the same issue again today I said don't sent me the same copy and paste explanation again, I know what the problem is and guess what, they sent me the exact same copy and paste explanation. You'll find other reviewers on here saying they don't bother to read customer's reports properly. It's true.

I am a blogger and transferring my blog from my previous web host to my new Eco Host site was straightforward and pain free.

Disaster. Shame. Catastrophe. Cowboys. LAYERS!!!!!!!!! Main problem was an email server. I realised I was not getting some emails. Spam folder was empty. My email address is almost 20 years old and I expect to get dozens spam email a day. I realised that I was not getting emails from gov (!!!) domains, banks etc. Then they told me (liars!) that their system has not stopped any email. My spam folder was empty for months! Then, after some fights with the cowboys, they did something and I started receiving* emails from my friends, from suppliers, from banks, from NHS, from internet providers in spam folder. I do ot use webmail, I use outlook so I had to move them from spam folder first to receive them. I kept marking them as not spam, but "not spam" feature was not doing anything, next day the same emails were landing in spam folder again. Now, the best bit is when I was sending emails to some people, I was receiving info that I AM a spammer - of course IP of the hosting was blocked, it was not me. I moved away from them.

Opened my Eco Hosting account just 10 days ago and have since transferred three domains, re-configured email services/forwarders and everything's working well. (No web sites at the current time) Tickets relating to domain transfers and enabling 2FA on cPanel were answered quickly and succintly. The documentation on the domain transfer process could be improved (I was starting with the transferor) but otherwise no problems. In summary, very pleased so far and would recommend for cost-effective hosting.

Top class customer service, fast response and very helpful. Would reccomend.

I have been using Eco Hosting for several years now and I'm impressed with the responsiveness of their support team. Issues are resolved much quicker than their published SLA. Similar hosting companies pressure you into buying more of their services, but Eco Hosting provides our charity with a discount each year. Thanks for your professionalism.

I have used the ECO hosting and domain service for two years and I can highly recommend the company. Ecohosting host several sites I administrate. I can confirm they are a responsive and pro-active organisation, who have addressed and resolved issues within a few hours of raising a ticket. Support is incomparably better than it was with Ionos.

I'm not giving them 5 stars only because telephone support service has (fairly recently) been withdrawn, most likely by the new owners.

I came to Ecohosting following a quick search for environmentally friendly hosting, and was encouraged by the good Trustpilot reviews. I was having to migrate two websites at the last minute as my previous hosting platform was being discontinued by my previous hosts. They were busy and not able to help me migrate to another of their products, and their instructions were beyond my technical competence, especially with a deadline! Thankfully Eco Hosting saved me, same day. They made it very easy for me, responded swiftly on the chat and via the support ticket process, plus the two methods of communication were joined up - there was a reassuring sense of talking to a finite number of people who were communicating with each other. They were hugely reassuring and as good as their word - I am now happily hosted by them and don't expect to have to move again for a long time.
I really appreciate their eco credentials and hope to occasionally hear more about their values and activity via their comms. Cheers!

I've been using EcoHosting for over 2 years now and must say that they offer excellent service!
The prices are very competitive and they have reliable servers with great uptime.
Any issues I've had were resolved within less then 24h and first response I usually receive within 1h of submitting a ticked.

The service is good but if there is an issue I find that some of the service operatives do not seem to thoroughly read the ticket description. There is a tendency to make assumptions. My communication skills are reasonable but I have given up on one occasion. Odd as they operate near me in the UK and seem to be UK nationals. I will go on using them.
