Bought a £105 evil eye necklace in gold. Within 5 months the gold is coming off and ruined the necklace.
I bought this via selfridges but would never buy from this brand again. Nice designs but cheaply made. Such a waste of money.

I have bought quite a few items from Edge of Ember, the quality is lovely and the customer service exceptional.

The claim about recycled metal is spurious as the largest part of any metals used by jewellers is recycled and as for the sustainability of lab grown diamonds grown in Chinese factories fuelled by enormous amounts of electricity from coal fired power generators, this in not environmentally friendly and is questionable.there is no evidence that the Lab Grown used by this company were sourced with sustainably in mind.

Really lovely product as described and quick postage

I contacted regarding a broken clasp on a chain that was gifted to me and the team offered me a discount on the chain and replaced it instantly. The new chain has since my original chain gone to little upgrades such as a better clasp and a stopper to avoid the pendants from sliding which made it more user friendly. The customer service is 10/10 and am looking forward to purchase more from this brand.

Beautiful jewellery with the option of solid gold useful for those who can’t wear plated. Lovely packaging better than some companies who send in plastic bag and tissue. Fine if for personal use but I tend to buy as gifts. Will definitely purchase again.
