Beautiful jewellery and great customer experience

My order was cancelled by the company so I didn’t receive my order

Haven’t been this happy with a pair of earrings for years !! Absolutely love them.

They always deliver on time and pieces come well packaged.

Every detail of these pieces is even better than I expected! I couldn’t be more excited to give these to my bridesmaids.

The website was easy to navigate and gave a very accurate description of the bracelet. The bracelet was just as lovely as I thought it was going to be and came in lovely packaging.

Bought as a gift and my daughter was thrilled. Delicate and beautifully made.

Thank you for the great service, good packaging, fast delivery, but there is one small detail that upset me, it is the clasp of the chain. A very small clasp ring that is very difficult to fasten.

I’ve bought a few pieces from this company now so I’m reviewing my overall experience with them. Every item has been of the highest quality, and the pieces are beautiful. I had an issue with the gem stone of one ear cuff falling out. The customer service team were fantastic. The item was replaced quickly with no hassle. I love the packaging, and the polishing cloth that comes with every item is a lovely touch. I get lots of compliments on all my EoE jewellery. I’ll continue to buy from them, and highly recommend them.

I had to post a comment on the simply stellar customer service I have recently received from EofE. I don't purchase too many things on-line, and rarely items that originate overseas. If there was a way to rate higher than 5 stars I would. The EofE team was responsive and timely with my issue and rectified a situation that I expected to be met with a "sorry your warranty period had expired" type of response. Nope. EofE went up and beyond my expectations. Their superior customer service should be something every on-line retailer should reach for. Thanks EofE. Look forward to future purchases.

Loved the necklace but it turned silver in matters of weeks. The worst quality, I reached out and the expected me to pay for a replacement.

I bought a white gold set of 2 necklaces. After 1 month they have turned black. Very expensive and poor quality !!!

I really wanted to like my purchase after seeing a bright green emerald earring and what arrived in nice packaging was so disappointing for I had paid the colour was dull and nothing like shown and also very tiny.

I purchased an ear cuff from here, (and am waiting on a second being delivered). It arrived beautifully packaged - not a bit of plastic to be seen. It's stunning and I've had so many compliments on it already.
As an NHS worker I also receive a discount on my purchases. Applying for this was easy and fast. What really stands out with this company is their level of customer service. Ella has offered to apply the NHS discount to my first purchase so I'll receive the discount for this retrospectively. I've never received such personalised and thoughtful service from ANY other company. The only problem is deciding what to buy next!
