musical bells (one broken)
I ordered a set of musical bells. Unfortunately one item was broken on arrival but I needed these for a performance and could not send them back.

Omg my severely autistic 10 year old absolutely loves his cushion. His school recommended it but not on this website so I did browsing and your prices are amazing. On other sites its double the price. Delivery was quick we had no issues. So highly recommend

Unfortunately I had a delivered that w pieces were broken, I emailed them and straight away they replied to say they will resend the order , amazing customer service and i will order again from them.

I ordered 2 things (a tuff tray and the stand) and I received only the one(the stand). The other returned back for no reason.
I am still waiting for the other but I really cannot understand the reason for this, since it was just the one part of the other.

Educational Toys shipped to wrong…
Educational Toys shipped to wrong address, ignored all phone calls and emails. I've had to chase the courier myself to try to recitify, but still no delivery or response. Extremely poor.
Post your response - I have been in touch and customer service has denied using the wrong address despite me sending a photo of the package, compete with original label and then parcelforce's updated label with the correct address...

Well made and robust, these carousel bells are a bit shrill, I was hoping for bigger bells like some I bought at ed of 20th century end of last century).

Great customer service
We have bought several items from Educational toys over the past couple of years. The quality of the toys (especially the wooden toys) is excellent and exactly what we needed for our Nursery children. They arrived on time and were exactly as described and definitely good value. Unfortunately one of the items arrived missing parts from the box a call and follow up email to the customer care support was quickly followed up by Aimee and a replacement sent out - great customer service, thank you.
