Ah, if only I read the reviews before I bought!
The jacket is in no way the one in the picture, and is certainly not 100% cotton!
As others note, returns have to be to China, but the origin shipper is in the UK. For this there is only a credit note, so you have to buy more fake trash.
It is such a shame, when so much quality product is coming from China, but every barrel has bad apples.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I suspect that the good reviews on here are fake too.
I will update if I receive a positive response to my email to them.

Firstly the item i ordered took nearly a month to be delivered. Secondly, the item is not as described. It is made of cheap and nasty material. The colour in the photo is dark grey, they item is nearly white. It looks like an old tatty piece of material that was grey about 10 years ago. Thirdly, you have to pay to ship the item back to China for a refund. 😂 This is an absolute scam. If you're reading this review, do not buy from this website.

I order 2 dresses which took ages to come. When arrived they were both ripped. The material is awful and badly made. They will not refund. Reporting to trading standards.

I would agree with all the other people reviewing this company that they just want your money and don’t provide what you ordered. I ordered some ‘orthopaedic’ wedge shoes in size 5. They arrived and have a cork base, so not orthopaedic and are size 3! They refuse to refund me as they were ‘sale items’. All their items have a discount and this is how they get round it. They’ve ‘kindly’ said I can keep the shoes, that are 2 sizes too small, and will give me a 75% store voucher. What’s the point as whatever I order it will be rubbish and I’ll want to send it back so eventually there will be nothing left to give. I’ve basically just given them £39.99 for nothing. I will be contacting Visa.

Spoke zadora and Leigh customer services unfortunately these two at customer services are of no help and actively support this company in their fraudulent activity.
They gave ma an address in china to return their falsely advised garments at a cost to me £35 to send the items back . Criminals ! . I will now let my credit card company takes this matter over and chase both their company in Netherlands and mr li in china . This company goes against all the consumer rights and financially tries to penalise potential customers .
The rights acts states that even china has to adhere to the consumer rights act when selling goods .
If the item arrives as not described . You order a size 16 however a size 12 arrives but advertise as a XL . Is false advertising and you have a right to a refund and not a credit note .
Please keep all your emails from this company .
Contact their company address in the Netherlands also PayPal and credit card companies .
PLease avoid this company at all cost .

As you scroll down you will find many recent 1-star reviews (unfortunately no zero stars available) stating that this shopping website is nothing more than a horrible scam. This has been my experiece too - my 'american waxed cotton trucker jacket', that looked good online, proved to be something that was probably thrown together for pennies in China. It is neither waxed cotton, nor a jacket, but rather a very light, thin, nasty-coloured, shoddy shirt-like thing that is simply unwearable. It arrived after about two weeks in a very small tightly packaged cylindrical parcel (...a jacket?) and by the way is creased beyond remedy because of this.
I have yet to embark upon trying to get any refund on this, but to be honest I'm not very hopeful, given the run-around that many of the reviewers below have reported on being given. I'll try though as this has been such an insult and will report the company to trading stadards etc.

In short just avoid at all costs!!! Do not buy!!!

DO NOT BUY from this company !!!!!!! Scammers and liars. Advertise mulberry silk blouse and sending 100%POLYESTER instead. Clearly written on the tag. Refund is non existent, as they refund policy is also scam. Report them to trading regulatory body as son as you can. Those a Chinese scammers who should not be allowed to trade in Europe!

Don’t waste ur time with this scammers , they have 100% poor quality products and they will never agree to refund I ordered size 11 loafers they sent me size 13 , they didn’t agree for a refund stay away from this company. They are just out here to rip u off your money .

Ordered off their website a pair of sandals . Didn’t realise that their goods all come from China , when eventually arrives were wrong size and very poor quality.
Trying to get refund impossible as you have to foot the bill to return to China even though they have sent the wrong goods !!!!

I purchased a pair of boots that looked really great on their website, but when I received the package I was completely disappointed as the zipper was a different colour and the material looked really cheap. I purchased a pair of trainers too, that were a size too small. They have a contact number on the website, it’s bogus, when you call it says that the number doesn’t exist. I’ve tried leaving messages, saying that I want to return the boots and the trainers and they’ve said if I return the boots I would have to pay for the return and for the trainers I could only get a voucher to use in the store, as they were on sale. I’ve messaged them 5 times asking them to give me a qr code or address so I can return the boots, till this day they haven’t answered. The worst ever online shop I had to deal with.

Item was too big and too long, also fabric was not as described, fake plastic feeling. I emailed to ask about returning it and the run around starts. First they offer 75% credit off a future sale, which means more money. Then they claim the item was on sale so it cannot be returned. Totally a scam as item not worth £40 of fabric

I bought a coat and a pair of boots from this company - not cheap! However when they arrived the coat was nothing like the quality I had expected for a coat costing £89. The boots cost £44 and I found them in Temu for £8.99. I tried to return both times and was told I couldn’t return the boots as they were in the sale but offered a discount card for them that I needed to spend with them. I was also offered a large discount to keep the coat but it was not something I would wear due to quality. I therefore asked about returning it for a refund but was told that I would have to cover the return cost. I did return the coat at a cost to me of £25 but I did eventually get the refund on the coat so I was still out of pocket but did get £64 back. I would not use this company again as the return address was ‘Shein’ so I presume all their items are either Shein or Temu. In fairness although I have lost out financially I have learned for future that I will check out companies on the internet before parting with my money!!

I bought a white supposedly winter coat. The item received was nothing like what was advertised. The ad said the material is 'wool blend' but the label inside the coat said '100 % polyester'. Ad also said it was quality material.... it was cheap, very thin material. Ad said it was designed for warmth... it isn't, I have thicker tea-towels. I asked for my money back because the item wasn't as described in the advert. Despite giving all the evidence of what was wrong with the item and how it didn't match the advert, they still wouldn't give me a refund because their policy is that they don't refund on sale items. That's how they get around being fair and honest to the customer, and justify keeping the customer's money. They offered me 75% of the value in a credit note, which is no good to me because I shan't be buying any of their poor quality items again. Customer Services did respond to me timely but their responses were patronising saying I can 'reach out to them'. I don't need counselling, I want my money back, and felt robbed.

Terrible- following points already mentioned in another review & I will confirm. Over priced, cheap materials & noting like pictures. To try return a £40 jacket was going to cost me over £20 postage & would I then get refunded? Or they offered me a 75% credit note. It says it all.

I agree with everyone else. This company is a scam. Wrong size item sent, will not accept return, will not send replacement, will not issue refund. They expect me to keep the wrong item and just buy another larger one from them. Outrageous. Do NOT shop here!

Very disappointed I dont really write reviews but it is a scam.. Over priced for very poor quality..and you can’t get refunded even if you manage to send back to China you never know you get your money back or not..just glu and poor materials temu etc has better quality way lower price..i wont recommend it as they ripped me 100£ for 2 sh*t shoes..

DO NOT BUY from this company. They are a rip off outfit selling poor quality products from China. I bought a leather bomber jacket, which I’m convinced is not real leather. The quality was very poor and it was too small and the colour was awful too. They would not let me return it as they said it was a sale item and their policy does not allow them to refund sale items. I was never made aware of this at time of purchase. They are just out to make money selling rubbish to us gullible brits. Shame on you.

I have had the worst experience ever.
I don’t normally write reviews but must stress how bad this company is.
I purchased a pair of sandals which were recieved after approximately 2 weeks.
They arrived in a small Amazon package in a plastic bag without a box.
When opening the bag I was shocked at the quality of the sandals.
The stitching wasn’t finished off properly and the strap wouldn’t go through the buckle it was too large so it was impossible to do them up.
My 4 year old granddaughter could have made a better pair!!
I contacted Leigh at customer services for a full refund but was informed that was impossible unless I returned the sandals to china for an additional cost of £15.
I had already paid £39 for the sandals and decided that I was not going to pay anymore more money.
So I have asked for a free returns label but was refused.
I am at the point now where am contemplating court action out of principle.
Please please please do not waste any money on this company like I did.

Just like all the other reviews, I have been scammed. The loafer shoes I have bought look nothing like they are advertised. Cheap materials, reek of glue and it looks like something I could have put together myself. When I asked for money back, I was told they wouldn’t return as it’s a sale item. I told them I would take this further and they simply said please carry on. How can we stop this company from scamming others?
