It was an absolute please dealing with Elite Fitness and the home installation of 'The Art of Fitness Bundle'. Matt (aka the social media star of Elite) was extremely professional, courteous and informative during the installation process and 'the bundle' itself was exceptional value; containing every conceivable strength improving equipment, that I could ever wish for - I highly recommend the Elite Fitness team.

Elite staff were very helpful with online chat. I had not received my bike until the 7th day as it was indicated by Elite, so I sent an email early Friday morning. Immediately, I received a phone call from the Store Manager in Brisbane, he apologised and ensured the bike was delivered that same day by lunch time. All staff were very professional and knowledgeable.

I placed a late order for my FX200 combo and was able to mix and match what I wanted. Fantastic customer service and assembly was done in no time. Great product guys and look forward to adding to my home gym with Elite Equipment.

After I experienced a knee injury that required surgery, and a long healing journey, I went to elite to find some home-gym equipment. The team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and provided a judgement free- yet attentive experience. Bruce and Matt were so kind and directed me to products that actually suited me. It’s so great to be met with genuine care and interest, and i felt the team at elite went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning for any of my future fitness needs.
