Elite Fitness is unmatched for price and service
Elite is the place to go for gym equipment on the northside of Brisbane. The shop is well set out and welcoming. The inclusions with equipment are part of the price and not added on like other stores. Matthew was exceptional and did a fantastic price for the equipment I wanted. Installation was prompt, efficient, and tidy, and the installers were lovely. I will definitely be back.

Just a long slow process to get the treadmill delivered. With issues of delivery from the factory. Elite staff keep informed of the issues and were pleasant to deal with in regards to the delivery delays.

On the upside, we were happy that you received a complimentary treadmill mat along with a free upgrade to a higher spec treadmill. We do hope that you will shop with us again in the future. 40 Bodyworx Mini trampoline
Elite Fitness gave lengthy and accurate information about the product. Their website was easy to navigate through to the purchase. The 40 mini trampoline is high quality, as described and fairly priced. The product came assembled except for screw-in legs which were easy to attach. The EF delivery agent, Sean, was polite and helpful and called personally. Overall, the product and experience was one I would highly recommend.

Items were slow to ship and an initial lack of communication, but they did completely rectify the issue when it was raised with a gift voucher and refunded the shipping cost, which was well received and hasn’t deterred me from returning in the future for equipment.

Poor communication, I purchased and then the next day I got an email saying my money was bring refunded. No explanation at all. Is it out of stock, discontinued or other.
