Ordered the mini platinum hoops as I already have the clip knot hoops in gold and love them. Sadly for me the mini hoops have a different fastening (spring back) that I can’t use as I have some mobility issues in my hands. No issues with the delivery etc, very prompt, and the mini hoops look nice but I can’t get them on!

I bought quite a few clip on earrings from Emma Holland. They are good quality and great fun to wear.

I recently lost one of my brand new Emma Holland gold + crystal dropped clip -on earrings on my first wear and was absolutely heartbroken. I reached out to customer service, and they responded incredibly fast . While they don't replace single earring , they generously offered me a 30% discount on a brand new set , saving me over £22. The service was extra quick - I believed the replacement arrived via Royal Mail the very next day . The clip on earrings I’ve bought from Emma are so comfortable and look great. Quick delivery too. Returns are easy…ordered a necklace which didn’t suit me and returned it with no problem.

Emma Holland clip earrings (I have many!) are always beautifully made and packaged, and comfortable to wear. For once I had to return a pair because they just didn’t suit me. The return process was easy and when I emailed to check whether received I got a personal reply and confirmation of immediate refund - very unusual and appreciated.

Web site brilliant. Earrings i wanted were out of stock but I was notified when they became available. I was delighted with my purchase they are really good quality and for clip on earrings very comfortable to wear and will definitely be looking to buy more in the future.
