My Sister had a 60th Birthday Party on July 13 2024
The boat lost power as we were leaving the dock.
we had to return to the dock, Never to sail at all!!!!
The bartender did not even have the decency to offer us free water as the water was 5 dollars. I would give them a half star if i could. As they are trying now not to refund her the cash money she spent for this event.
Guest flew in from other area's This company Sucks!!! and i will review it on every website..

I was ripped off $3600 when I gave a 92 day notice to cancel my event. I had paid in full on a credit card in January 2020 and was never refunded. They wanted to give me a credit?!!! I have every email to back my claim. This was before COVID shut down everything.

I have been trying to contact these people for months regarding a refund. I called them and left messages. I had an event scheduled for April and I wanted a refund because of Covid. The woman I spoke to Nicole Billings promised and ensured me that were the cruise not to happen, I would get my full refund no questions asked. Now I’m being told they can’t do it. These people are the biggest scammers and Iiars I’ve ever dealt with. I will be during the company as I found out they hosted an event in again and lied about ceasing their operations. They are corrupt, rude, and disrespectful. All I wanted was a nice birthday surprise for my mother and they ruined the whole situation. I hope no one else ever deals with these people. It will be my mission to let the world know about their corruption until the matter is corrected !!

Final numbers were called in three days prior to the event, was not informed of a balance until it was time to sail and was told that we would not sail until the balance was paid. I could have been informed by text a couple hours before the event.
Had a great time, guests liked the experience.

From start to end empire cruises ENTIRE staff was BEYOND helpful, welcoming, understanding, professional and FUN. Me and my bf just had a birthday party for 75 of our friends and I can’t explain how well it turned out. Every single staff was so kind and helpful through the entire process. The food and drinks were EXCELLENT too !!!!!! Wish I could rate 10 stars.

Empire Cruise, amazing from start to finish. From setting up the event with Nicole who had to deal with me calling more than I probably needed to. Nicole was so gracious and really helpful. Nicole took care of our every need before the cruise.

The Jacana was a great vessel and our crew was truly amazing. Calvin, Kenny , the captain and the crew hand. They made our team building event a great one. Sure to return for another trip.

I highly recommend booking with them.

Everything was amazing and also the staff

Sal and his crew provided an excellent experience for my birthday party aboard the Cosmo. From first setting everything up with Edward and getting the boat set up with Sal to welcoming guests on board and making sure everyone had the bets possible time, everyone gave 100% and it showed. The food was good, the drink selection was superb, and the sights and scenery of the city were on full display in the best setting from the boat. I would definitely recommend Empire Cruises and the great people who work there for whatever your event. This was my third event with them and I know i'll be back.

This was our second outing with Empire Cruises. In December of 2017, we did a Christmas Party outing, and we all had such a great time, we decided to try a summer outing this year. The entire empire cruises staff went above and beyond to make sure our company had an unbelievable experience. We cannot thank you enough! You cannot go wrong with booking with Empire Cruises! This most definitely will not be our last trip with them!

I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this company. The staff was helpful, and worked with me. The dj ish and host Kelvin was really good in keeping the party going. My mom had a wonderful time. If your looking for a boat trip to go on to celenrate an occasion or just to relax with friends and family then check out Empire cruises.

We used Empire Cruises for the 2019 Graduation Class, Middle School Prom Celebration.
Since the first call, Byron the representative, was extremely helpful and patient explaining me the different options for the small budget our small school had.
The day of the event, June 14, 2019 I was in contact with Sal, the boat manager, who helped me with all the details before the students and staff arrived. During the cruise all the crew members were very helpful and attentive taking care of all us. Food and music was according to our expectations.
I just have words of praise for all! Thank you for making a memorable night for the students. Most of the students are new in the country and it was the first time seeing the Statue of Liberty, or even more, riding a boat. For them it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I decided to choose Empire Cruises for my boyfriend's 30th birthday party. Everything went very smoothly. For pre planning I worked with Edward and Jennifer. They were great, addressed all my questions over the phone and via email. The boat manager Sal was our point of contact the day of the event and took great care of us! Sal and his crew were so accommodating with helping my family setup the party with the decorations and the layout, making sure that it was what I envisioned. I really appreciated Sal's personable and easy going work ethic. His staff was very helpful, the bartender Bodega was super sweet as well! I would definitely recommend this team for future events!

I have my wedding May 25, 2019 everyone was polite nice everything was beautiful my guess had a great time it was perfect for my 55 Yes thank God everything worked out How are use them and recommend sal was great I also got married on the boat everything was beautiful thank you .
