Easy to switch but differences between account types not clear.

Always reliable and I have never had a negative issue having been with coop energy through Octopus for a number of years.

I have always found Octopus energy to be fair with pricing as quick to lower them when fuels become cheaper. Great options to fix the prices so you can plan ahead.

Options clearly and precisely laid out. All based on existing tariffs and without the hassle of intermediary, so called energy advisors.

Co-op energy via Octopus has always been good value for us. We are grateful for the options given to us online when the contract ended, and the ability to easily choose the best option, which we have now done. We are grateful for all the information supplied when making our choice, including details about how the energy is sourced (very green!).

As usual Octopus gave me plenty of notice that my tariff was ending. They gave me plenty of options on the new tariffs available. To be honest, I have trusted them for the past 4 years, so didn't look elsewhere. I have confidence in their customer services team, which is more than I could say on their rivals. Keep up the good work.
