French Translation
I asked a question by email regarding the possible availability of a French translation to the information available. This was answered promptly and I am pleased to say there is one. I can't see how anyone could have done more.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer advisor Michelle was brilliant. She found the issue i was facing with my subscription and and found a solution immediately for me. She was kind and considerate and so helpful. I couldn't fault anything about the process, excellent customer service.

A fantastic day out!
Booking was easy online and when we needed to move the date of the booking, they were so helpful to assist with this. When we arrived at the site we were amazed on how well kept the site was and the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with getting my mom around the site in her wheelchair. It was a great day out!

great organisation, excellent customer service
This is a great organisation, they look after an immense number of significant heritage buildings and landscapes in England, spending a lot of resources and attentive care to maintain and preserve our historic assets. I’m very happy to help contributing with my membership. Also their customer service is excellent!

Ending of annual subscription
Recently ended my annual subscription just over halfway through the year. Had expected at least a partial refund.
No refund given. How sad to see the utter contempt big organisations & business have for their customers as oppossed to smaller ones & startups, who appreciate & value their customers. A little bit of goodwill will go along way. Still at least they had a sense of humour in expecting me to rejoin.

Hi Mike, thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear you are unhappy. If you ended your subscription half way through your membership year and you pay annually, you will still have access to your membership until the renewal date, then it will automatically cancel down. We aren't able to offer refunds unless it has been within 14 days since it was last taken.
