My son's 50th birthday engraved beer tankard arrived & it was exactly what I wanted for him. Arrived well wrapped and even a Happy 50th birthday wish on a separate card..

Absolutely fabulous. I ordered an engraved glass for my son in laws 40th birthday. It arrived in good time but unfortunately the royal mail decided to throw it over a locked gate and although the glass survived the box didn't. I emailed engravers guild and they replied very quickly and posted out another box. The customer service is amazing. Thank you

This is a company that I can highly recommend for not only supplying a great product but also for their excellent customer service!
I purchased in April 2025 a set of monogrammed silver cufflinks for a special 21st gift. They arrived in a beautiful presentation box with a personalised gift card (that I happily paid extra for). We were delighted with the cufflinks and engraving, they were much better than we expected or hoped for.
However, I made a typo when ordering the birthday year on the gift card :(. I contacted EGL offering to pay for a replacement card and postage. They generously replaced the gift card and sent the item almost immediately free of charge!. What an absolutely amazing company, thank you EGL

This is a brilliant company, which I would highly recommend for both the quality of the item I purchased, plus the excellent customer service I received. I emailed to enquire about purchasing an engraved photo frame, for a colleague who was retiring. I wanted a frame I'd seen on their website, but for it to be landscape and then for the engraving to match the orientation (both not standard options for the frame I wanted, due to the design). After a few back and forth emails and fast responses from their customer service team (Guilda, specifically), I was instructed to order via their site and to then email the additional orientation/customising details across. Just a few hours later, I received another email from Guilda confirming that my order had been completed, packaged and shipped. It literally arrived the very next day and was perfect, all details executed perfectly. I will most definitely order again! Thank you ☺️

I purchased a engraved Valentines Rose for my partner.
Due to wrong address on package the item was returned to seller.
Seller sent it back out & gave me a refund, which was extremely kind of them.
Rose itself was beautiful & my partner loved it.

I bought a locket in November 23 and had a problem with it and although the guarantee was well out with no hesitation they sent me a new one without even asking for the original one and received it within. 3 days from.my complaint James also tool the time to sent me a lovely email

Purchased a personalised engraved glass tankard for a special gift & extremely happy with it. Product was just as described, very good quality, lovely weighty tankard with perfect engraving. Contact from seller was great, with timely postage and good packaging. Unfortunately, the corner of the box had been damaged, but as soon as I brought this to the attention of Engravers Guild, I received a very courteous reply & apology with an offer of a new box, which was received very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and product, excellent customer service and after sales. Thank you 😊

I ordered a whiskey glass for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately when arrived it had a fault, so I emailed the customer service team. They responded within a few hours, were very apologetic and sent a replacement which I received the next day. The replacement was perfect! Thank you for being so prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered an engraved wine glass as a birthday present. The website is easy to use and allows you to ‘view’ the finished product prior to buying. I had to redirect the delivery after placing the order which was handled without fuss by customer services. Sadly, when the glass arrived, there was a fairly sizeable crack on the base. I contacted customer services and a replacement was sent out within the next few days. Brilliant communication and customer services. Well done to Gilda and the team.

Delivery etc was all fine.

After just a few months, gold plated locket has appeared dull and tarnished, and basically unwearable

Item was Gold plated Italian crossed chains heart, priced at £132.99 including inserted photos

Had a wonderful experience with this company. The item I ordered (a nurse's fob watch) was delivered in an attractive gift box (in a box, in a box...). I noticed that the front engraving had been missed, so I emailed the company and received a reply within an hour or so - which is unheard of in my experience. The representative was very apologetic and promised to get a replacement send immediately. The replacement watch arrived THE NEXT DAY. My daughter was incredibly impressed with her gift. We were told just to keep the "faulty" watch.

Everyone I showed the watch too was very complimentary about the watch and the presentation.

I do have a *minor* gripe though - sorry. When ordering, there was an option to have front or back engraved - or both. If only the front is being engraved you are allowed 14 characters, but if you wish the back engraved also, you are reduced to 12 characters. This was a slight annoyance as it meant my daughter's name would not fit and we had to be a little inventive.

Overall, this did not ruin my experience.
