We recently ordered a pair of Blenheim crystal engraved glasses as a gift.
The glasses were of wonderful quality, the engraving was beautiful and the delivery was timely.
Sadly they were completely shattered on arrival. I emailed the team , and quite expected to have to purchase a replacement set.
Not only were the team
(Gilda) most apologetic, but the glasses were replaced and arrived the next day, in perfect condition at no extra cost, in time for our presentation.
We were delighted with both the quality of the item and the service of all the team. We will be using Engravers Guild again and would most definitely recommend the company . Many Thanks

It was the first time I ordered from this company. The online order process was very easy, I really enjoyed the fact that I could see a preview of the engraving. The bracelet came with Royal Mail, very well packaged and in a beautiful gift box. I’m very happy with the service and the product. I would definitely use this company again.

Beautiful engraved silver photo frame for my Grandson's Christening. Quick delivery and beautifully packaged. Great value. Would definitely buy again from here in future and highly recommend.

Purchased an engraved photo frame as an anniversary gift & uploaded a photo to be used in the frame. The frame and engraving were lovely, however the print quality of the photo was poor and had been overly cropped so it looked ridiculous in the frame. Ended up printing our own photo and using that instead. In addition I ordered a personalised gift card to go with the frame. I expected the front of the card either to be plain or maybe have something like flowers on it. Instead the card had the company name on it. A bit cheeky getting free advertising for your business on something that is intended as a gift. Not impressed. *Updated 21st August* See reply: seems I've been blamed for providing a poor quality photo rather than the company using poor quality ink & paper. Really?!

Outstanding Customer Service.

I purchased an engraved watch for my sons graduation which subsequently broke. No fault of the company just one of those things. I contacted them explaining and to see if they could fix it for me even though I knew the warranty had expired. They said they would not be able to fix but offered an identical engraved replacement. All I had to do was pay postage. The watch arrived within days. Excellent customer service a company to be highly recommended. Thank you Gilda.

Unbelievable service. Royal mail lost the tankard we ordered for the best man at our wedding. Engravers guild engraved and sent one out the same day for next day delivery. Proper company and the tankard looks amazing. Will def buy from these again. Would have given 6 stars if it was possible!

I have ordered and received two items from the Engravers Guild and have been delighted with both. The items, 2 Whisky glasses and a photo frame, were both beautifully engraved and packaged and delivered swiftly.
I was most impressed when I realised that I had misspelled a word and on contacting them, they were able to correct it.
Full marks! Very impressed and I will be using them again. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, (polite helpful abd efficient) when i had issues, response was first classs, even phoning me and even putting things right which were no fault if their own.

I recently purchased a pocket watch for a special birthday on arrival there was an issue with the engraving I went in to a total panic as it was Wednesday evening and the birthday was Saturday.
I rang engravers guild and the guy I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful he assured me that a replacement would arrive by Friday and it did the pocket watch is really lovely and excellent quality and the customer service I received was top notch I am pretty sure that if i’d ordered from anywhere else the issue wouldn’t have been sorted out so swiftly !!

Great customer service, the personalised item I ordered arrived slightly imperfect so I emailed to advise this. Gilda responded almost instantly and advised she would send a replacement asap at no additional cost. Replacement received 3 days later in perfect condition ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Do not use this company under any circumstances.
I ordered a pocket watch as a gift for my husband on our wedding day.
During delivery even our postman was shocked, they had not even properly folded the box they "packaged" the item in, they had not even remotely attempted to stick the box shut with the adhesive strip. The royal mail had put the packaging inside a plastic bag themselves but it was too late and the pocket watch I ordered had already gone missing. I therefore had no gift for my husband on our wedding day, no sentimental keepsake to commemorate the day.
I had to contact the company for my refund, they were not forthcoming. The response I got offered a insincere apology and a warning that the refund may take a week, no offer of rectifying the issue they caused in the slightest.

I ordered a personalised wine glass for my sons birthday, it did not arrive in the specified time and I put a bad review about it, however it was not the fault of this company, it was entirely the fault of royal mail. Gilda was so patient with me every time I called (and I called quite a lot!!) and couldn't have been more helpful. I have now received the glass and it is absolutely perfect 5 stars for your customer service. Thank you

I bought engraved Champagne flutes for my daughter's 21st birthday, so impressed was I that I then purchased an engraved Silver fountain pen as well.
Correspondence with Gilda in Customer service has been exemplary. The gifts, their quality, the price, are all on point, the speed of service and delivery is 1st class (3 days from placing order to delivery).
When I next have occasion to require engraving, there will only be one option. I will be using the Engravers Guild again.

Ordered an engraved pendant for a new mum. It arrived within 5 days. High quality silver and beautifully engraved and presented. Certainly excellent value and looks a lot more expensive than it was. The recipient absolutely loves it.

I bought a personalised engraved beautiful nurses watch as a gift for a family member. It were delivered on time and she absolutely loved it.

Unfortunately the watch mechanism had a fault, so I contacted Engravers Guild to inform them. Elliot quickly replied sending his apologies and a great solution, which were carried out very swiftly. This didn’t involve me having to do anything other than email a photo of the watch.

Elliot’s customer service is second to none.

I’d highly recommend buying from Engravers Guild, I certainly will do again.

The Hip Flask I ordered for my wife’s 50th was lovely.. the engraving brilliant., I didn’t pay a lot for the item £20 it was a small gift and something I knew she wanted but when it came in it’s box it looked amazing. I’m already looking for something for my daughters graduation. Gem of a retailer online I couldn’t wait to recommend them. Very happy.

I hadn't heard of Engravers Guild before but was looking to send an engraved photo frame to fellow new grandparents. The service was excellent, ordered on a Thursday and delivered on Saturday and the recipients were delighted! Nice email re: order as well. Was so pleased have now ordered the same for the new parents!

The item itself was amazing but the customer service I got when I needed to ask a question was also great. Big up Gilda
