Worst site! - beware! - scams!

If you want to become an E-pal. It says two business days to review you, but it has taken a week or more for me to get reviewed.

Glad I am going to foget this site, because of all the other bad reviews that are recent, which have enlightened me how bad the site is.

Literally used by credit card scammers.

Had my debit card fraudulently used here. Contacted their support team and they were less than helpful. I told them that I contacted my financial institution regarding the fraudulent charge (among several other merchants) and to see if they can help with refunding the fraudulent charge.

Their response? "If you believe your card has been fraudulently charged please contact your financial institution."

Honestly, I'd never heard about this site previously, and doing some searching I'm wondering if they are purposefully turning a blind eye to fraud on their platform and hoping that they can get away with it.

Rest assured I will pursue every legal avenue if needed to reverse the fraudulent charges.

edit: I see the response from epal.gg - first, thank you for the reply. But the customer service from this company was not helpful at all. I was only able to get refunded by my bank after going through them and my local police station.

They now have you waiting WEEKS till you can withdraw, and you can't withdraw even after because it's "down for maintenance." There's no withdraw button on the app either. The sites littered with bots and pervs and it's difficult to navigate through settings.

rediculous service. avoid them at all costs. you will get nothing similar to the vibe they've shown in the paid videos on YT.
Lots of epal "online" but they are not answering. It is a quest just to start a session. And when I gave up about them I asked for my buffs to be refunded and guess what? There are no buff (buff – their currency that you are buying for real money) refunds. + support answered me after the double push and 5 days of waiting. They screwed up on every single step of the flow.

The website is an interesting concept and I have met a few cool people on it, but the majority of people I have met on the site have either asked me to do uncomfortable things or are toxic and if you do report them it is not taken seriously.

Good place, trash because I cannot earn money (country not supported)

Awesome place where I found great people to play with and an awesome and welcoming community!

Edit: I've read below that at least 3 people who put so much time and effort into orders were banned with no warning for misunderstandings, leading to them having no way to redeem the cash they have EARNED. This is disgusting, shame on you. The site is clearly run by a bunch of scammers, banning epals after they put in time and work and taking the money theyve earned for ambiguous reasons at best. I wish I had checked trustpilot before I referred my friend to this website, and I'm done giving any money to these scammers.

My friend is a seller and has constantly been done wrong in the week that she has been using their site. The first instant included a guy who asked two games of league of legends; an order she fulfilled. He then only paid for one game and blocked her.

The next time, a guy messaged asking to watch a movie with her and asked her to degrade him and insult him. She said she would not do this, and ensured he was okay with the pricing etc. He said yes, and she began the order. He stopped replying, and then continued to reply periodically saying 'i'm tired' and 'its too expensive'. She grew frustrated and asked why he would ask to commence the service, he replies that she is rude, and he leaves a 0.5* review calling her very rude.

She has completed over a dozen free orders, with only 7 dollars in paid orders (over maybe 2/3 orders) She has been scammed out of payment for one service (to which support told her to take payment BEFORE commencing a service - incidentally this has led to a lot more people disappearing when she asks them to pay first) and has had a review written about about a service she did not supply, as the client refused to watch a movie (the service) or pay for it immediately after she began the order. Again, support said they would not remove his false review unless he asked them to or refunded his (unpaid) order.

This site is a sham and they do absolutely nothing to support or protect the rights of sellers.

Epal is literally the most toxic place to find the gaming partner, there’s a lot of people who are trolls and make fake accounts and then buy and then insult you to use that footage for YouTube or Twitch or whatever not only that they’re always having fake contests I’ve never seen them ever announce who wins any of their contests. They don’t take fake contest so that people can stay active on their Instagram that has a bunch of bots.

Pure scam filled with stalkers and fake accs

This site is so sketch the idea of it is good but they need to add better security. People on there are creepy all you get are creeps and they money cut is terrible you make no money and get harassed by creepy people. They should add better verification or an ID verification incase. They also delete and just make new accounts I wasn't able to take this seriously so I had to delete it. It sucks I did get some legit orders and it was cool but not worth the gamble.

epal does not review or do research into their egirls or eboys so the experience will be much worse. Worse than tinder, tons of troll accounts and incompetent and dumb people.

this company/website run by a literal group of friends is very unfair and rude to their sellers. I was banned for “selling nsfw” because a guy asked if i sell nsfw and i gave him my discord. I haven’t sold nsfw and they banned me with no warnings. i was going to use the 50$ i made to help pay for my dogs surgery but now it’s all gone. trust me when i say do not use this site. i will be talking to all my seller friends and getting them to stop using this site.

I was a regular user of this site/app I conformed to the community guideines and got banned for verbally agreeing to do nsfw voicecall which is not stated in the terms of service as a bannable offense i had completed 22 orders with no problem and even paid for epal plus now i cant get my money out and have been banned with 0 warning. I had success on this site and made decent money i just wish that i would have atleast been given a warning or temp suspension rather than getting perma banned with no way of getting my money out or even knowing what i was doing was against tos

trash site. someone please make a better one that cares for the creators and epals more than the filthy scam money. every person on the site that pays is a troll that refunds payment. and epal steals the troll money and gives no money to the creator or epal. scam site with scam people.

Full of time wasters. The staff keep anything you make. They won't even pay their estars. Very unprofessional. Won't be using it ever again.

SCAMMERS!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP IT FOR THEMSELVES. WASTE OF TIME FULL OF TROLLS AND IF YOU REPORT TROLL YOU GET BANNED INSTEAD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute platform, a new generation of social artifacts for fashion gamers. Honestly, I was impressed to see so many gamers in one place, and what's more, I can find friends here. I am very thankful to E-Pal for that!
