Epic loot shop is a scam and fraud. They claim to sell handmade authentic viking jewelry, it is cheap jewelry from China, and AliExpress was on the package, which is a company similar to wish, where you order cheap items from china. I bought 2 sets, which means 4 rings, all 4 turned my finger green with in hours, the gun metal is tarnishing and the rings are turning copper. I reached out to the company for a resolution, they asked for pictures, I sent several, now they are ignoring me and not replying to any messages, nor refunding the money.
This jewelry is nothing better then the jewelry you'd find at the dollar store. Thier customer service is garbage and they are fully aware what they are doing, which is why when I called them out on it and told them I saw on the packaging for the rings it clearly states made in China, they chose to ignore me. Do not waste your money! I only wore the rings for 3 days before they were absolutely awful!

I bought the item "Idunn’s Apple Tree Ring" from the Epiclootshop store. In the photos they only had 1 ring in all the promotional photos for that page. The ring I received according to the packaging "Item: Elite women's retro style inlaid ruby ring gun black rose branches crossed two-piece set classic wedding fashion jewelry# ring Size: 7, Primary Stone Color: null" Not exactly what I was expecting. And like the item name says I got 2 different rings, neither of which were in the promotional photos, and neither of which look like the item in question. Side note: I found the ring I originally bought on Etsy for 3 dollars Canadian, and even then there are costumer reviews saying they got scammed out of the wrong ring.

I reversed imaged searched the ring on Epiclootshop's page, and searched for the description on the packaging I received. Why did I find a ring that is almost exactly like the one I bought originally on Ali express and other sites for about 3 Canadian dollars? And why did their reviews also have people saying they got wedding set rings the same as mine, instead of what they originally ordered?
Wait hold on I just looked at the promotional photos on Epicloot, there are 2 different rings, the details are small but there are different rings being shown. The one I screenshotted for an example is ever so slightly different too. So what did I actually pay 46.50 Canadian Dollars (33.85 USD) for?

Drop Shipping from Aliexpress and other outsourcing websites. Do not bother. They've marked up their "Jormungandr The Midgard Serpent 925 Sterling Silver Bracelet" to $199.99 but the exact same one, with exact same metal quality is found on aliexpress for $0.99 "Men's Viking Domineering Dragon Vintage Punk Hiphop Bangle Bracelet Birthday Gift".

My Nidhogg Norse Dragon bracelet arrived quickly and it looks exactly as in the pictures on the website. The quality seems to be good, too. Long story short, they met my expectations.

Ordered a pair of couples rings from epic loot and I was really disappointed with what i got in return.The mens ring was as described stainless steel with black plating but a plastic stone, but the women's ring was 100% plastic like a ring from a sweet machine. Will never order from here again waste of money!!!!

Boyfriend got me a ring, within 24 hrs lost a stone, than lost a few more also color started to fade. He reached out with pictures with no reply. I sent an email about it got a reply than requested me to send pictures sent pictures said they would look into it. Have not been answered since. When I reached out again requesting status I got a generic reply about order being sent out.

Only received 1 of the 2 items I ordered. When reaching out to them originally told it was on its way to wait then told they would reach out to the wholesaler. Since then they will not respond to emails and tracking number they sent me says just sitting waiting for the item to get to the shipper. The number on their website does not work. Disputing the charge on my card at this point.

I ordered the Drop of Yggdrasil Ring which said it came with this beautiful blue stone, but what i got was a green purple alexandrite like stone instead which was kind of disappointing but still a nice ring

Item never arrived. Customer service team sent two emails one said item was delivered. The second moments later said it was still in transit.
3 weeks later another email saying item was returned because they didn't have a full address. But the address they confirmed in that email is 100% correct
Company lied about my item being with royal mail as when I went to my sorting office they had no parcel for me.

Bracelet received today. Company says USA when you want to complain, label address says sent from UK (I’m in UK), website alludes to being in Europe. Envelope label under mine is a postage label from China. Looked up bracelet using google search and I could get it on Aliexpress for under £1!! They charged $35!! AVOID THEY ARE RIPPING US OFF!!

2 Ringe geordert und einer sah nicht im entferntesten so aus wie der abgebildete im Shop. Die Qualität ist furchtbar, nach 1 Woche ging schon die Legierung ab und ich bekam schwarze Finger. On Top brach auch noch die Fassung vom Stein auseinander.

Long story, short: I ordered a "Narsil" broken sword pendant necklace from Loot Shop just before last Christmas and never received it. Caveat emptor.

One of my rings is lost in transit and they refuse to help me said oh well. Such a waste of money and time don't buy from them they don't care about you or making sure you got your product just your money and then customer service ends.

Not really a big jewelry person, just needed a friend who's into Norse mythology. The ring seemed right. He liked it, that's what matters. Service was good, so I might buy again.
