The product itself is beautiful, so two stars for the design. But its damaged, and it looks like its already used. Like its a second hand sold product. The custom service is not answering.

Fakes
Hard to believe all these positive reviews are genuine based upon my dealings with them. Twice now I have had cause to complain about their goods. Basically the goods illustrated on their site bear no resemblance to what you get. After research on the net I have found the same items being sold sometimes at the fraction of the price they charge. I also believe what they sell are fake copies judging by what they have sent me. Avoid.

Mediocre Merch, rigged reviews
The merchandise is mediocre quality but the reason im giving this shop such a low rating is the fact that they curate reviews and will not show any review on their website or affiliated review websites unless its 5 star. All my verified reviews have never made it onto the site and upon filling out the review it says they are awaiting the site admin's own review of your comments. They then never make it onto the aite at all.
I just really cant stand this practice and it completely undermines the point of having reviews.

do not use Epic Loot shop
I tried to buy some products from their website it resulted in getting my card locked/blocked and then after some time they took the money anyway. They didn't even send me a receipt or a confirmation on order. after sometime I did some research on the products and I also found out that everything they sell is from AliExpress..
