I was faced with completing some daunting stock transfer forms but Ayan talked me through it box by box.

If I could give negative review I would. I have had my shares with this firm for the last 26 years. But no more! They changed their website to the horrendous navigation ever whoever designed it needs to be sacked and never work in IT again. No relevant details on there apart from name address name of shares number and value. Want anything else tough can’t get it. Requested tax certificate for SA as cannot access online they can’t find it themselves and when promised posting send dividend details of last year!!! Hopeless spent the better part of 2hrs altogether. Now waiting with baited breathe if it arrives after this phone call.

Selling shares. I am new to this so found it a bit of a trial filling in endless boxes. The page would often repeat when you gave an answer it didn’t like, without saying what was wrong. But I eventually succeeded. I had to phone for assistance which I got promptly once I spoke to a person. But getting to that point took a while as the voice asking for your postcode was distorted in its pronunciation.

Rang customer service to seek advice and was helped by Gokul. He was able to give confident and clear information and even covered aspects which I hadn't considered.

Shocking experience. Pension funds 2 months late and still waiting!! Nobody able to fully explain what delay is. Get told I will be contacted with updates and nothing happens. Terrible customer experience!!!

I log-in once a year. This year for reasons unknown to me I could not access the system. I called the help line and spoke to a very nice young man. He was very patient and his instructions were very easy to follow. We went through security and then he talked me through resetting my account.

Sarath Kumar was extremely patient and competent in addressing my enquiry. And knowledgable about the share lodgement process which I needed to action.

Promise "within 48hrs" response yet only AUTO REPLY on Email. I've waited almost a week for some semblance of human activity at Equiniti/EQ. Does the CEO Dan Kramer know what goes on or does he just not care?

Used phone because online system is very complicated. Query soon sorted by phone call to call centre

The representative was very patient and helpful. Full marks. But Santander and Shareview Log ins don't work well for me. Unlike other F.Is - ie Fidelity. Lack of clarity. Too many options - User Name, or ID or Account number, or e-mail. Easy to get muddled. Wld help to have just one for Share View, Barclays, and the same for client cos if possible. Practice simpler methods on naïve - ie unpractised - subjects - need good software engineers - but don't just rely on people who know the system well - but may be 'blind' to problems

The gentleman I spoke to was very curious polite friendly and patient. I did not feel at all rushed. Even though we tried to register several times and their system failed he was able yo confirm he would put the relevant information I need on the post to me.
