I don't recommend this clinic as they have done a laser hair removal session, and the "nurse" responsible didn't know that the laser shouldn't over tatoos. It caused me bruises and a lot of pain.

Results not as promised
In March 2022 I visited ERA Skin & Laser Clinic in Thame to enquire about the HIFU-NON-Surgical Facelift. As I am in my 60’s I asked if this procedure would be of benefit to myself. I was told yes it would be of benefit and therefore I booked the full face procedure at £695.
I have just completed the course and it has made NO difference whatsoever. When I spoke to Amy at the Clinic that despite being informed when I initially enquired about the treatment it would be of benefit, I was told that the treatment does not always work on clients. If I was told when I first enquired about the treatment that it may not work I would not have spent £695. Very very disappointed and if you are considering any treatments at ERA Skin & Laser Clinic in Thame please be aware your treatment may not work and like me you would has WASTED a lot of money!

Dear Sue, thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your results. HIFU Treatment is a non-invasive clinically proven treatment to lift and tighten lax skin and stimulate collagen and elastin production. It does not replicate a surgical facelift. Results vary from person to person, as was discussed in your initial consultation. Our clinic manager and independent nurse have both reviewed your before and after photos, which were shown to you at your consultation today. There is a noticeable improvement, especially around the jowls. As discussed on the phone, we will send you your before and after photos for you to have a record of and our clinic manager will personally call you on Thursday to get your further thoughts. HIFU is one of our most popular treatments and we are really proud of the results we achieve for our clients and are always happy to show examples of these during the consultation process. We are really pleased that you mentioned on the phone that you had such a positive experience with Amy and we look forward to speaking with you on Thursday. A visit to Era is always special…
Love going to Era as they always make you feel special. Paige, Sue and Amy are very knowledgeable and only recommend treatments and products that are right for you.

The best skin clinic in Thame.
I have been going to ERA skin clinic for various treatments since the clinic opened.

Service was excellent
The service was excellent. I was greeted by friendly staff. Any worries were discussed professionally and honestly. The clinic was clean and the atmosphere calming. The pecedure was carried out with thought and care.

Just a super experience, from the treatment itself to the staff who are so helpful and a joy to be around. They give good information about the products and advice. Treatments are just fabulous and one can see the actual improvements. I highly recommend.
