I cannot recommend the help I have received from ERA enough. Being an oldie I have just gone from using an android phone to an Apple and wanted to transfer the ERA protect app to the ERA smart home app. I spoke to a guy called Kaush and he patiently helped me through every stage.

I needed new battery which I found easily using their website. I then received update s until arrival. As usual from ERA Protect,a fast and efficient service.

3 years of faultless operation. Then they changed App. The new App won’t accept my login. And the old one has now locked me out. Have contacted customer services several times. No reply. Looks like it’s time to find another supplier

Had an issue with an outdoor siren that was working fine for 18 months. Rang ERA and spoke to someone right away, they resolved the issue rapidly. Refreshing experience (rare these days), I'll be sticking with ERA products in future because of the quality of their after sales support.

Great product had it over 2yrs now had a problem to start with but they helped me put it right after that no problem just replaced battery after 2yrs easy to set up

I was experiencing a problem with my ERA Protect Alarm system. I contacted the help line by telephone which was answered very quickly. I outlined my concerns. The technician, Kaush talked me through aspects of the use of the alarm and settings. In my opinion he was very, helpful and knowledgeable, and also very professional in his approach to my inquiry. Needless to say I was impressed by the level of service that was provided and the attentiveness in resolving my issue.
