Don't waste your time if you're outside of the United States

I already had a letter but am planning a move and had questions about needing a new letter, etc. Several emails ensued and each were answered quickly and thoroughly. Each time I've dealt with this organization I've been impressed by their commitment and dedication to help animals and the people who need them (me). I can't recommend them highly enough!

I was looking for a service that would provide legit ESA letters in a timely manner, and ESA doctors did NOT disappoint.

While it can be on the pricier side, I would highly recommend getting the expedited delivery as well as the add-on documentation if you're applying for ESA letters for landlords or apartments. I got the latter to be on the safe side and my apartment complex ended up reaching out for additional information, so that worked out in the end. If you end up not needing the additional documentation they will provide a refund.

Aside from that, the counselor that I was assigned was SO QUICK with his responses! (SHOUTOUT B. ANEDA!!!!) I applied for ESA letters on 10/20/22 at 4:30pm and received a reply the next morning. My counselor was so prompt, thorough, and helpful that I was approved for two letters by 10/22/22 at 9:30am. That's less than 24 hours!

I am so incredibly thankful to ESA doctors and the counselor I was assigned. I was worried about getting scammed online or that the process would be slow and troublesome. Thankfully I chose the right provider from the start and everything could not have gone any smoother, I now have two support cats approved through my apartment pet service, Pet Screening, because they accepted the ESA letters that were provided.

I HIGHLY recommend ESA doctors for any of your ESA needs! My only note is to budget accordingly, the lowest-priced item is $150~ or so, but IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Got matched with a licensed therapist and got my letter quickly through email. I did use the expedited service. Submitted to landlord. Approved. No problems.

Letter is official on therapists letterhead. Letter was detailed and had all the necessary info a ESA letter needs to have.
