Very long delivery time ! When parcel was delivered one product missing from package. 3 emails .. 2 times i call them on the phone and each time same will contact you after hour ,i send and proof with photos and all information, again without answer two weeks from first email! Without answer absolutely .I don't recommend this company!

DO NOT shop here. Wrong product received. Communication with them whether by email or phone is pathetic and without satisfactory result They still have my money despite proof the product has been returned to them. One month later... nothing but frustration.

bought a kettle and two failed neither lasting more than 6/7 months. The first was replaced the second, they refused to do so, due to limescale build up. This is quite unreasonable and clearly they supply cheap shoddy goods and dont want to be responsible for them. Avoid.

If could give them 0 stars i really would. Item still not received after i paid for an express delivery for 1-3 working days. They have said the issue is due to some paperwork however when i gone onto tracking my item hasn't moved from the Warehouse in Poland since the order was placed. Customer service is appalling as nobody has been in contact to let me know the delay.

Sent over 15 emails asking where my item is, just one reply stating it would be with me within 2 days, it's been over a month and still nothing. Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered ceramic kettle, it was send same day by Evri, item arriaved 3 day so super fast deliver and all perfect.

I really should have read the reviews first! I think my experience is a common one with this outfit - I ordered an item, it was not delivered, and then numerous phone calls and email exchanges followed where a refund was promised but never materialised. I am now in the process of recovering my funds through my credit card company. Avoid them!!

Ordered projector mounts 2 weeks ago that we needed by a certain date, paid the invoice at the same time and then no delivery.

Still haven’t despatched it and customer service have been no help with jo apology just fake excuses.

well deserved 5 stars. got 3 emails confirming postage with life tracking, arrived with UPS which is one of the best couriers, product itself well sturdy made. all as should be. thanks

I ordered the KingDog Waterproof Dog Cat Bed Pet 2 Cushions Washable PVC 145x115cm × 1. After a long wait and having to chase this up a few times, the bed arrived with a tear on the side and included two presumed cat pillows, instead of the large dog pillows.

I requested they arrange a refund as this is not what was ordered and was advised that they would. Almost a week later , I was advised that the damage wasn't by them, also ignoring my mention of the incorrect pillows and poor quality of the product. Do not buy from them!

Ordered a kettle from them. Took weeks to arrive but didn’t mind as I liked the look of it. Stopped working after 2 months. Emailed and they said they have forward it to their technical department. Don’t know why as it’s only a kettle. On all email occasions, it takes weeks for a reply. I don’t think they are a dodgy company, just poor on all levels. Must try harder. Personally I wouldn’t purchase from them again.

I ordered an electric radiator from them. Over a month on and I have not received the order or a refund. I have contacted them on multiple occasions, getting sporadic responses indicating the order is about to arrive or I will receive a refund. I have seen neither. I am now going to have to see a credit card Section-75 refund and look at options to further report this seller. I would not trust them with your money.

This company is one huge scam! Instead of the product I ordered I received some random cheap trainers! Their customer service is non existent, no one replies to emails and the call centre doesn’t help with anything! Beware!!

I purchased a kettle, delivery took weeks, but they at least answered emails at that time. The kettle was delivered with an EU 2 pin plug and a travel adaptor, which I felt was unsafe. From that time on they never answered emails - just ignored me. I do not recommed this company, and will avoid in the future. Although I bought from their .co.uk website, the company is in reality in Poland.

No contact, delivery was over 3 weeks late, and there was no way to return it because they don't reply to emails. I paid with my Paypal and they won't help because It was delivered. Don't buy here.

I ordered a sit/stand mobile desk as I work from home, it arrived very quickly but found its not suitable for my needs & want to return it for a full refund, I have emailed them 7 times asking how I return the item as there is no option to click 'return item' only a returns policy which advises after the 14 day period they only offer a Gift voucher! I'm fuming I've had the desk a week an unwanted item

Avoid buying from here I usually buy from Amazon but the same desk was £20 cheaper from here no good when you want to return it Communication is non existent!

Must admit I was initially dubious as I was sent the wrong tracking number upon dispatch but after querying I received a prompt response about the mishap and today received the wheel trims with Evri - brilliant!

I ordered a TV stand 13 days ago. It says shipping in 2-5 days. I have not had the “item dispatched” email and not received the item, so they have not yet sent it. The site promises dispatch times but this has not happened. I chased this and had an automatic reply stating they will respond within 48 hours. Nothing. I’ve chased again. If out of stock I need to know.

Scamming scum company, DO NOT BUY
