Massive waste of time trying to return stuff

Despite the reviews I took the punt. Order received as expected in good. Cheaper than anywhere else.

Good service, when I ordered I did not realise it would be shipped from Germany so delivery wasn't as fast as i expected but it arrived and i have put it together with no issues.

My Blaupunkt radio stopped working after 1 week and my emails requesting a refund have all gone unanswered. Don't buy from this company.

I was reluctant to buy from this site having read reviews here. I was looking for a very specific Blaupunkt product that I could only find with Euroelectronics so took the risk. Ordered Thursday, delivered by Evri Tuesday with no problems.
The item was clearly European stock as it didn’t come with a UK plug, but it was a standard cable which I had a spare of, so no real issue.

Ordered a replacement kettle 27 March. Recieved emails to say it was on its way and that it would be delivered by Evri. No updates on tracking so contacted them. They said it was due to Easter but I pointed out that it was before the Easter weekend and their website says shipping in 24 hours. Now told it’s been despatched (again?) and will be delivered tomorrow. Quite honestly I’m not hopeful as Evri say 2-3 days. Don’t use this company.

I was really happy with the quality of the product I received for the low price point especially. The stove kettle is a lovely attractive design. The whistle is nice and loud. In my experience, a great company with quality products.

I ordered a kettle with a thermostat. Arrived on time, Works flawlessly. The best price on the market. I highly recommend.
ps...you just need to remember that you need to buy an adapter for the English socket

Basically a SCAM . Sold defective product and refuses to refund.

Communication is poor sometimes days in between messages, paid VAT in Germany then was held in uk until Import Tax was paid which the company said was included. They look as if they are a UK based company but warehouse is in Germany they tell you one thing and the reality is quite different, will never use this company again.
I only gave one star because zero stars wasn’t an option.

Ordered two curved towers . All went through then told they were damaged and returned by courier in 12hr on a Sunday also no stock. But their web site has stock at £14 per item more. As others have said AVOID

ive received a faulty fan ebay wont help they said l have to pay return postage for faulty items.
l wouldent buy a fan from here..they are cheaply made shoddy and dont work properly they stop and start the base is wobbly not sturdy l videoed it and tried to send the video to this company you cant it wont let you... dont buy fans from them youll end up wasting time and money on returns .. l bought an honeywell fan.. its perfect strong base and works perfectly lm angry that ebay refuse to help

I bought 10 infrared heating panels over several orders from Euroelectronics and whilst I had a couple of minor issues with one of the deliveries, these were rectified quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely buy again from them. All of the staff I had a dialogue with were courteous and professional, especially Hanna.

Beware of this company bought two keter cases and they came with 5 years warranty this seller on Amazon and Ebay are refusing to replace them or refund I belive this seller is scammer as there is no way to make contact beware when buying you will not get refund or replacement and as it's under warranty ge wants you to repair the item he as refused to take them back and repair them avoidenlike the plaque dint trade with this seller bad for business

Cancelled and refunded my order due to system undercharging postage. Told to order again when the postage was more than triple.

Agreed to purchase via email on 17-May-2022 and received PayPal money request the sameday. Paid that evening and the order arrived 2 days later on 20-May-2022.
