To clarify: The Europamaut Flatrate is charged monthly and allows vignette activations in multiple countries (Austria, Czechia, Slovenia, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria) without an extra fee each time. This is mentioned multiple times during the ordering process. We apologize if this was missed during checkout, especially when purchasing on the go.

We have requested some additional information about your order so that we can help you as well as possible. You can end the Flatrate at any time in your order overview, without a notice period. If you contact us at support@europamaut.com, we will gladly review your case with regard to refunds.

Zur Klarstellung: Die Europamaut-Flatrate wird monatlich abgerechnet und ermöglicht mehrere Aktivierungen in mehreren Ländern (Österreich, Tschechien, Slowenien, Rumänien, Schweiz, Slowakei, Ungarn und Bulgarien) ohne Zusatzkosten. Im Bestellprozess weisen wir an mehreren Stellen darauf hin, dass es sich um eine monatliche Flatrate handelt. Es tut uns leid, wenn dies bei Ihrer Buchung dennoch übersehen wurde.

Um Ihr Anliegen bestmöglich bearbeiten zu können, haben wir zusätzliche Informationen zu Ihrer Bestellung angefordert.
