Es tut uns leid, dass Sie ein Strafmandat erhalten haben, obwohl Sie Ihre Vignette Ihrer Ansicht nach korrekt bestellt hatten. Strafen werden von der ASFINAG verhängt und bearbeitet, wir sind als unabhängiger Drittanbieter nicht die Mautbehörde. Gerne möchten wir aber nachvollziehen, wie es in Ihrem Fall dazu kam. Dafür haben wir zusätzliche Informationen zu Ihrer Bestellung angefordert, damit wir Ihr Anliegen bestmöglich prüfen können.

Bitte prüfen Sie zusätzlich in Ihrer Flatrate-Übersicht, ob zum Kontrollzeitpunkt eine aktive Vignette hinterlegt war. Falls nach der ersten Vignette eine Folgevignette benötigt wird, muss diese dort aktiviert werden, es fallen dafür keine weiteren Kosten an.
