couldn’t pay using app
Yesterday at Reebok couldn’t pay using my app. Even tried putting a different card (John Lewis) in but this was rejected In the end daughter managed to download app on her phone so she paid. I think they need to find their software engineers

Torally frustratig
Spent nearly an hour trying to pay for parking at Coventry Hospital. Told to load updated version it lost my account details, consistently failed to recognise location code. Gave up and paid by credit card.

They are cowboys
Entered to park at VHK Southall - Fairlawn High Street. The parking spaces are badly marked, very cramped, limited spaces and difficult to get into parking spaces.
Waited 15 mins for someone to leave, as carpark was full, parked and paid as soon as I had parked - paid for and left 5 mins before my time expired
Got a PCN from Evology Parking (managing for Viswa Hindu Mandhir) for not paying for enough time.
Apparently they started charging me from the time I entered the car park and not from the time I found parking.
I appealed explaining that there were no spaces and that once someone left I parked and paid straight away but this was rejected.
Never have had such an experience like this from any other parking firm.
Don’t ever use a carpark managed be Evology Parking.
Vishwa Hindu Mandir management - find a better company to manage your car park and nor cowboys.

Your parking tarrifs are disgusting
Your parking tarrifs are disgusting. Needed to charge my car for 30 MINUTES. But I must pay for minimum 4 hours at £10 for parking?????? It didn't even cost that much to charge my car and I had no choice to use the one in your location in Bedford. Absolute rip off of a company.

Evology App didn't work, parked for 7 mins trying to pay, left car park as I couldn't successfully pay, fined £100 by ParkingEye (who own the Evology app), my appeal rejected by ParkingEye. WTF!

What an absolute joke this car parking…
What an absolute joke this car parking service is. 3 machines out of 4 are not working so I go on the website and it comes up with register only to find out I'm registered to a scammer CKwedge why do you allow scammers to advertise on your site. So then Virgin rightly block my card from being used. I then have to get my mate to pay. I then realise I can't use my virgin card after ordering 2 coffees at the gym before my workout.
I then receive a call from virgin, probably the scam squad due to CKwedge and now I'm here waiting in the carpark to talk to them, totally missing my gym workout. Why oh why do you let scammers advertise. Please get rid of CKwedge from advertising on your site or any company that falsely make people feel they are signing up to your company just to pay for parking. This is the first and last time I will ever use Evology.

Am Parkplatz steht eine Gebühr von 6 Euro, die bargeldlos bezahlt werden soll. Über den QR Code erreicht man die Bezahlseite, wo plötzlich 50 Cent "Bearbeitungsgebühr" draufgeschlagen werden, satte 8,3 %. Frech und unverschämt. Die Telefonnummer der in den FAQ angegebenen Hotline existiert nicht.

It seems that a gaming company scammed me when I was trying to set up the parking app and has taken two payments off my card.
Luckily my bank picked this up and advised me and also stopped my card.
I would have hoped that a reputable parking app would have the necessary security precautions.

Terrible Company
Hi, had my blue badge renewed. Visited hospital, registered new blue badge and was assured that I would not be charged for the visit. Subsequently was charged £3.39. Wrote twice to evology. So far not had any reply. Also, there is no phone number to contact evology. seems to be a rip off. Terrible company. Would definitely avoid setting up an account.

I would avoid this company
I would avoid this company. Had difficulty paying for parking, using my registration plate payment was constantly rejected. I changed the last digit of my reg plate and it accepted payment but I have been trying via WhatsApp, the online contact form and email address to notify to alert them payment has gone through but of process I had to do to pay. Bank details on statement prove. I have had 0 response from any contact forms I have completed and you cannot get to speak to anyone on the phone. The machine said it was not printing receipts either!!!! Stressful using this parking service and I would not recommend.

I’d pick zero stars but that doesn’t appear to be an option! I’ve been charged for parking at an event that was free parking if you input your registration into the tablet at the venue, which I did. I was there previously and not had an issue.
Then I received a failed payment notification. Since then I have emailed, completed the website contact us section, tried to utilise the WhatsApp function and have not had any response, just further notifications that payment has failed and still not able to speak to a human or get a response from the company.

Evology autopay is NOT RELIABLE.
I have 2 cars registered on my account for autopayment and the account has failed to register several parking events which I genuinely thought were being paid automatically.
We are visiting my very sick husband every day in hospital - and now I have this parking nightmare to sort out. I can't get to speak to a real person to get to the bottom of this - so stressful!!
My advice- DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNT for autopay

Absolutely shocking that i have been charged 60.00 for a fine because I have Adhd and learning difficulties and had to take longer to navigate the online pay system and took 3 attempts to pay ...Scam ....Wood Street ...Manchester ....and I get home and find I have been charged 60.00 from my bank account when the tarif should have been 7.50 for 2 hours ..How they are allowed to exploite people in this way Manchester City Council you should be ashamed of yourselves ....Thanks EVOLOGY for the Reply

App exorbitant parking chargr
Took my wife to Burton hospital and thought to make payment easier would load this company's app on my phone as I have similar parking apps when shopping. Amazingly this company loaded the base fee by 25 pence and a further 65 pence for an SMS notification. Now I know you pay a little premium for the convenience of the app but here a £2.40 hour charge became £3.3.
My advice is don't use this app but make sure you have enough loose change with you!

Passed from pillar to post. Unfortunately Radisson Blu at Manchester airport have farmed out their parking to Evology.
So straight off the bat there is a get out clause for the hotel to say not our problem contact evology.
I'm a private hire driver. I have heard from a good source there is no grace period for dropping off passengers and you now must pay the draconian sum of £7.50 even if you only stop for a minute.
So, I paid this to avoid the fine thus losing half my fare.
I at least wanted a receipt which the machine didn't provide and at best I wanted to appeal and get my £7.50 back as for a few minutes it's quite frankly ridiculous and greedy of them especially when most hotels give taxis and private hire drivers 15 minutes grace period. It's hard enough earning a £7.50 fare without losing it to opportunistic private parking firms that do not have the same authority as a council would.
So I was passed from Raddison, then phoned Evology and was fobbed off once again to go to their website. Not heard back from neither whatsapp nor the message I left on their website. Even on here there are stock copy and paste responses to the complaints to head to their website. When are these companies going to realise we do not want to be passed from pillar to post by automated faceless systems. We want to speak to actual people and receive empathetic and fair responses quickly.
This modern world of technology has created facades of websites to hide behind and hope that people will give up trying.

No one to speak to in real time

Contacted Barclays Bank as I paid on credit card. Money back and Barclays claiming.
My advice do not use. Worse than crooks as at least crooks don’t pretend to be anything else.
If you do HAVE to use - pay on credit card for protection

Beschwerde gegen Mitarbeiter
Guten Tag,
Dieses Feedback hat nichts mit der App zu tun, sondern mit dem Verhalten der Mitarbeiter. Ich war heute auf der Autobahn A7 unterwegs von Bremen Richtung Hannover, Uhrzeit circa 11:00 Uhr.
Die Autobahn war stark befahren alle drei Spuren waren durch zähfließenden Verkehr voll belegt. Ich befand mich auf der linken Spur, mit im Auto meine Frau und meine 1-jährige Tochter.
Ein Mitarbeiter Ihres Unternehmens war der Meinung per Lichthupe und sehr dichtes Auffahren mich dazu zu bewegen auf die mittlere Spur zu zwingen. Der klassische Stinkefinger wurde dann beim späteren Überholvorgang zusätzlich gegen mich gerichtet.
Es ist schon unverschämt als Privatperson solch ein Verhalten zu zeigen, aber im Namen Ihrer Firma ist es umso fragwürdiger, da es Ihre Reputation enorm beeinflusst.
Ich bin sicher, dass dieses Feedback in dieser Sache nicht viel ausrichten wird, aber bin dennoch daran interessant diesen Sachverhalt hier zu schildern.
Ich danke Ihnen vorab, dass Sie sich mein Feedback anhören und hoffe, dass es in irgendeiner Form zu Herzen genommen wird.

Using my local hospital carpark
Using my local hospital carpark. The carpark is run by BPA and uses Evology tp pay. Have an account with them for a number of years with Parking2Go before they changed to Evology. Just got a fine notice from BPA obviously my account with Evology hasnt been picked up with my car number plate. Trying to get it cancelled . Not easy to get in touch to sort this out. More stress not needed.
