I have an 8 weekly appointment with Richard he is efficient and friendly and appointments are on time. My back trouble is completely better. I now have a rotator cuff inflammation and on my 3rd week with Laurance and there is already an incredible improvement. Laurance is also friendly and excellent with sports injuries. Many thanks to all the staff including the welcoming receptionist.

Very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot speak highly enough of Lawrence, who I was assigned to, he knows his stuff and you get a full explanation of what the problem is and what treatment is needed. from the first examination I felt at ease and Lawrence genuinely wants to get you pain free. After the 3rd appointment I had stopped hobbling and could feel the strength beginning to return. If you are in pain I seriously recommend Exeter Health Plus who will be able to put you on the road to recovery as they have done for my wife and myself. Thank you Lawrence and the team.

Would definatly recommend Exeter Health Plus. After recently being in excruciatingly pain in my lower back I booked my first appointment . All the staff are really friendly and welcoming . I am being treated by Laurence who is very professional and has helped a great deal . I have never had treatment before and he always explains everything to me and explains all aspects of my treatment and the reason I was in pain to begin with.

I am being treated by Jack for an injury to my back. I’m not an easy patient having previously had back surgery and hip replacements so I was a bit concerned about having anything done but having had a fall hurting my back quite badly I took my friend’s advice and saw Jack. I have embarked on a course of treatment and can see the improvement in three weeks, 2 treatments a week. I was warned it will take time at the start and am happy with my steady progression. I wish I had gone straight after my fall but am very pleased that I eventually went. I won’t pretend it doesn’t hurt but can honestly say it’s worth every penny and every little bit of pain!

They made me feel comfortable and took me step by step through my problem with my back, very professional and helpful, and now I’m feeling much better and my back is feeling better after every treatment, would recommend them to everyone I know , very grateful to them and worth every penny I’ve spent

Richard and his team were both very friendly and explained the reasons for the excruciating pain from my slipped disc and knew exactly the right area affected and recommended the decompression treatment to aid recovery. It very quickly aided in reduction of pain and I was able to begin the road to recovery on a bi weekly treatment basis, by 13 or so treatments the pain was almost gone and after 16 I’m up and about and back in employment. Richard clearly explained the journey to recovery time scales and gave good expectation of timescales and advice. Great team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Paul Sands, Dawlish.

Ever been to a practice and you just feel welcomed? The staff is polite and very professional and hard working too. My back has been a menace and its frustrating when every place you go to its the same answer “we dont know”. But with Exeter Health Plus it was a different story. Time was taken into my diagnosis with good results, and even at times when my back was stubborn - Mr Jack who handles my treatments never lost hope and always has those reassurances that we will get to the bottom of this! I highly recommend the practice, you wont go wrong.

I highly recommend this clinic. From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly welcomed and greeted by a member of staff. The clinic is spotlessly clean and the treatment rooms are well equipped . All the way through my treatment plan I was informed by Lawrence of what was happening and progress made. It’s so good to be pain free once again .

From the first appointment with Jack I felt he listened to me properly and then fully explained what what was going on in my back to cause the pain. I am only half way through my recommended treatment plan and my back and pain have improved by about 70%. I am no longer needing prescription pain medication.

Friendly and helpful which puts you at ease immediately. Good and easy to follow advice during treatment, and afterwards at home.

Relatively new to this clinic but have been very impressed. Calm and authoritative diagnosis. Honest if a particular treatment is unlikely to work but most impressed by their aim to treat cause rather than effect. Very rare in my experience !

Fantastic experience, everything was explained in the first session and advice was given in what I could do to help outside of the sessions. Fully recommend and it really is life changing.

I had suffered back pain for many years and would mask this pain with a mixture of painkillers.
I had heard from a friend about this chiropractor so made an appointment.
I went through a ten week programme, within the first four treatments I could feel the difference.
At the end of my treatment I can say that I haven’t suffered from back pain yet.
The staff are so friendly and make you feel totally at ease.
I’m so glad I went through the plan they set me.

Well what can i say. I went to Exeter Health Plus with a bad back. I am a very active person & couldn’t have any downtime. I saw Jack & he sorted my back out & has kept me moving for the last two years.
If you’ve got a problem, these are the people to go to.

I couldn't have asked for better service. I had sciatica, I was in so much pain and the friendly, prompt, supportive and efficient response and advice was a great start. Then the treatment was amazing - immediately I was back to walking properly and the pain was much reduced. Over the following hours/days all the symptoms had passed. Excellent all round

Neck pain was making driving uncomfortable and a lower back problem I'd had for many years meant that I never knew when my back would just "go".
Since Jack has been working his magic my posture has improved, the constant niggle in my back has gone and I can walk briskly again without one hand pressed against my back. I feel years younger.
My neck is improving but still a work in progress.
It's always a pleasure to attend my appointments as I know there will be a warm greeting and a lovely big smile from Georgia, seated at the front desk.
