Eyetek Surveillance was established in 1995 after the proprietor Phil Stevens an ex electronics technician, in the Royal Navy, decided he wanted to utilize the skills and knowledge gained during military service working in both intelligence and electronic engineering. As well as selling a wide range of devices we also manufacture and supply equipment to many detective and government agencies throughout the world, as well as dealing with the private individual on a one to one basis. Might be excellent but haven’t managed setup yet!
Very good descriptions of products on website. Easy to order and fast delivery. Well packaged. The biggest problem was the instructions which were for a different model. Some things are easy to guess but some things are confusing, eg led colour indicators do not correspond to instructions so difficult to understand how to proceed. I haven’t managed to get the device working yet, left it on charge with a blue led glow??? Hope the led goes out and can then try to set up again.

Excellent build quality and intuitive functionality. Short testing yielded excellent results.
I have not had the unit long enough to comment on longevity/longer periods of use but I am sure it will stand up to expectations.

In this instance you have not given us the opportunity to resolve your problem you have straight to trust pilot and left a bad service review.
If you want to e mail us or call us, we will sort this out for you, it does seem you have purchased the wrong product as this is not designed to record.
If you are unhappy with a product you have a choice of a replacement, exchange, or a full refund.

You have not lost £528 pounds at all, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to return them if you are not happy with them.

Customer service great
Customer service great. I recieved my tracker a few days ago and emailed eyeyek as I was struggling to get on the app. They replied pretty much got back to me straight away and resolved my problem. So far the gps tracker is doing exactly as it says.
