Eyetek Surveillance was established in 1995 after the proprietor Phil Stevens an ex electronics technician, in the Royal Navy, decided he wanted to utilize the skills and knowledge gained during military service working in both intelligence and electronic engineering. As well as selling a wide range of devices we also manufacture and supply equipment to many detective and government agencies throughout the world, as well as dealing with the private individual on a one to one basis. If a customer has a particular requirement we can custom manufacture one off items to order. please feel free to contact us about this. What sets us apart from many other companies in the same line of business is that we pride ourselves on giving friendly free advice and working with the customer to try to find a cost effective solution to an often complex and distressing situation, we will always try to advise on the best course of action even if this results in us not making a sale as we have found to our benefit that recommendations from past clients are an extremely valuable asset.

Cant fault the service
Cant fault the service, order placed and here within a couple of days. The product looks good but the instructions could be written better. The quality of the recording is pretty spot on so no complaints

Pen is ok but not brand new. Disappointed for price.
Pen arrived in good time and looks fine BUT on inserting memory card into my laptop I found someone elses footage on it. This item is not new!!!! Considering price I would expect it to be brand new.

The footage on the pen is put on by us, as we test each item prior to shipping to ensure no faulty ones get sent out to the customer.
If you are unhappy with the pen it is no problem returning it for a full refund.

Absolutely brilliant after sales service, 'Phil was brill' Late problems with a previous purchase and they took time and effort to successfully resolve the issue free of charge. Very impressed and would happily recommend them.

Excellent customer service and after care!
I would like to honestly comment that the after care service provided by Eyetek Surveillance is outstanding. I had a query regarding a damaged part in September 2020 regarding an item purchased. They were very helpful and able to resolve my query within 48 hours, which I am still in shock. They have any amazing team that is willing to listen and help their customers in anyway, which I experienced first hand. Thanks again guys and I look forward to shopping with you in the near future.

It's very good easy to setup
It's very good easy to setup, good quality of the camera. Sometimes it's offline but nothing to worry you just need to reset the charger and in few minutes it would be online again.
