Once you have ordered, the customer care goes out the window! Poor service after purchase would unfortunately put me off ever ordering from them again, when you ring nobody phones back and if they do they blame Someone else for the decision made!! Bad experience.
I did email customer services and spoke to someone and they phoned me offering free delivery on my next purchase!!!

I ordered the Ella 3 seater and the cuddler from the croydon store and had a great experience. I was told we may have to wait up to 11 weeks due to the Christmas period. It came today and I am so pleased! It's so firm yet comfy and they both look great.

Abit of a nightmare trying to get the 3 seater up the stairs, through an awkward hallway and into my flat but the delivery guys Mick and Gavin were amazing! They were very professional and patient and also have the best sense of humour and stopped me from worrying if it would get in. They are both a credit to the company.

Overall very very pleased.

Hugely disappointed with our Casa sofa - it is made of low quality cushion filling (even bearing in mind that we paid extra for the more expensive type of foam) and provides wholly inadequate support underneath/behind. And already, after just a few weeks, it looks sagging, cheap and tacky even after we’ve got up from the sofa. Absolutely would not recommend their sofas. A waste of money.

the general sales experience was not too bad, salesperson not too pushy and allowed us to browse the store and make our decision in peace, bit too pushy on the additional sales items (silicon runners and protective coating). the demonstration for the coating's ability to protect the fabric sofa was done on a piece of card, not a piece of fabric! so absolutely no confidence that it would work as well as described. If this is so good, then why not cover all sofas regardless, add a small amount to the total price and advertise that your sofas are better protected from stains than your competitors! The most irritating experience of buying from Fabb, however was the delay in receiving the sofa. In store we were told on average 8 weeks, but before completing the paperwork our salesperson had found out that it would in fact be available in 7 weeks. I know this is estimated, but there must have been some reason why they were aware that it would arrive quicker. With 2 days to go until the 7 week point, we realised that, unlike other furniture companies, we had received no indication of delivery date and time. On calling the store I discovered that it is going to be 9 weeks! Because plans are made and we are living without any decent chairs in our new home the most frustrating issue is that Fabb, at no point, decided to call us and keep us informed of the delay, then at least plans can be made or changed to suit. Their performance had some minor good points (salesperson - range) but overall this has been an inadequate experience.

Finally purchased our couch at the weekend after visiting the Paisley Store! We were a little unsure about the size of this particular couch due to the layout of our room, so we had been back and forth numerous times to be 100% sure that it would fit in our living room. Each time we went, we spoke to Frank. He understood our concerns and helped us with our decision, without pressurising us into buying. We have been looking for a couch for a while and can honestly say that we were extremely impressed with the quality of the sofas and level of service that we received compared to other stores! Thanks again Frank!

I bought a sofa in January from the Preston branch and Josh was very helpful, without being pushy in helping me decide on what I really wanted. He knew his products; he answered any questions I asked. He took the pain out of buying a sofa. I had never heard of this company, and was unsure about buying from the unknown, but his knowledge and his great positive attitude, he firmly believed in what he was selling gave me the confidence to buy. My sofa was delivered last week and I am highly delighted with it. Ste and Phil the delivery men were fantastic. They laid matts down before bring the sofa into the house. They set it all up for me, and they treated it like it was their own. It was brought in with love and care. They were also a great double act. I would highly recommend this company.

Called at Preston store & was really looked after by Graeme. Bought a new sofa after being given all the appropriate information & time to try. Graeme was a real gentleman & not a pushy salesman it was lovely to meet him & do business with him. Thank you I will recommend Fabb sofas to others.

Could not be more happy with the customer service provided by Arnold and Wayne at the croydon branch from walking through the door to calling for help all the staff are so helpful friendly and genuine I so glad I came to fabb sofa to find our next couch to make our house a home we could not have

A credit to the company and the sofas are the ones my wife has been searching for over a year.

I visited the Nottingham shop on a wet and miserable day. Looked around, and almost made a decision. Sat down and Andy came along. What a wonderful lad! He brought me coffee, and took all the time I needed to complete a sale. He knew the business inside out, and all the details of the product were at his fingertips. I have never come across a more competent, thorough salesman. He deserves all the commision he might earn. A great job, a lovely guy, superb service. All down to Andy in Nottingham.

Tash whom we dealt with today and Tushar whom we spoke with last week, both gave us fantastic service , can`t wait for sofas and chair to arrive .

Tushar was amazing serving us and ensuring we got the exact sofa we wanted. We went through the floor plans of our new home to ensure it would fit and where it would look best in our new living room. We came back to the store at least 3 times and Tushar went through everything in detail and answered every question we had amazingly. We had my young daughter with us and he worked really well with her messing around trying to get anyone’s attention and included her in the sale. We had visited 4 other sofa stores in the area today and none of them had given us the service Tushar had. Best customer service and best prices!

Fabb sofas have been really great with me service and staff at paisley retail park where great frank who sold me my sofa was amazing went throw everything with me and was so nice. Would recommend him and the store to anyone

After FINALLY finding the perfect sofa for our house at Fabbsofas in Watford, we couldn't wait to get it! The sofa is great quality, easily cleaned (especially helpful with a dog) and sooo comfy!

After some decorating and rearranging we couldn't get the sofa to click back together. I gave the store one call and within 2 days they had someone round, who quickly with their tools sorted the sofa out (which I had slightly damaged during moving) and we've got a perfect sofa again! The service was totally free of charge even though it was 6 months after we got the sofa.

Preston 5 stars: I have recently purchased a sofa from Fabb Sofas and i can honestly say what a great experience. I'm always slightly dubious when entering sofa stores due the amount of pressure and pushiness i feel you receive but thankfully this wasn't the case at the Fabb Sofa store in Preston. We had the pleasure of dealing with Joshua and he was extremely helpful, knew his stuff and was very patient with me and my indecisive mind. I honestly cant thank him enough, such a great help!!

I took my elderly Mum to Preston branch today after hearing advert on Heart radio.... usually I feel dubious about the attention and pressure you receive as soon as you enter, however was so impressed by the choice and attitude of the staff. We were served by Joshua and would like to sing his praises for attitude, patience and knowledge... a genuine asset to the store! If anyone is looking for new sofas etc please go to a fabb store before you go to the usual DFS/ SCS. Thank you Joshua Wood.

Went into Basildon store on Sunday fabulous showroom so much choice. Excellent service from Linda down to the smallest detail nothing was too much trouble. If you want good value for money professional service with very good quality sofas I recommend you shop here. They really do live up to their company logo "its all about you" Absolutely one of the best and easiest buys I have ever completed due to well informed and great staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!!
