Our fabb sofa was delivered ahead of schedule. Delivery date was worked around my working days. Delivery drivers kept up up to date with times and worked fast and look all rubbish away with them. The sofa is a high standard and we are delighted with it. 3 weeks in our easy glide feet started to move and one came off. I reported it on Sunday afternoon and I was advised someone would be in touch to come out on Thursday to fix the issue. Allan called the next day to let me know my time slot was between 9-11 Thursday morning. On Wednesday evening Allan called back to let me know I was first on the list in the morning. Sure enough Allan was there first thing and sorted the issue. Allan was very friendly and the job was done fast. Really delighted with the service so far from selecting our sofa to it arriving.

Ordered a Mustard sofa at the Preston store today. It was not our intention to go furniture shopping today however came across the store & decided to have a nosey, great store lots of choice.
Josh sales was very helpful, friendly & patient, offered good advice with regards to after care of furniture. We did not feel pressured to buy & happy to make a purchase.

New sofas delivered today. Informed of delivery the day before. Contacted by the delivery guys 30 minutes before arrival.
Thanks to the delivery guys, Phil and John, the Sofas were installed without hassle and without fuss. Very efficient work, especially with my two boys clambering all over the sofas while they worked!!
All packaging was taken away and, other than the lovely new sofas, no trace of them having even been!!

Absolutely amazing staff and delivery service! Sales team were extremely helpful and polite throughout our whole experience. It was nice to receive our delivery with genuine care and professionalism. Personal thanks to Keith - Sales Manager and the delivery men Richard and Stacey : )

The sales lady Vicky at Paisley could not have been more helpful. Not pushy but extremely attentive. She knew her stuff.
Good communication on delivery and delivered on time stated. The men who delivered it were first class.

We had a wee problem which was of our own making but Alan resolved it within twenty four hours and made us feel very much at ease even although it was our mistake.

We took delivery of two Chesterfield sofas and a chair. We live on a single track road and the van was too large to get up the lane. Gavin and Nigel were brilliant. They reassured us they would get the furniture to us and carried it up our lane despite it being heavy. Lovely delivery personnel and fantastic quality furniture.

Great service and after care! We had some issues fitting our sofa into our living room. Fabb Sofas were very accommodating and broke down our sofa so it would fit, and then re-assembled it. We had a few issues where the sofa was dipping in the middle, but they quickly rectified this and sent out a technician who done a great job!

Wayne from Croydon was great! He remembered us from when we first visited 5 months ago and was friendly and welcoming. He was helpful with advice understood what we wanted and wasn't pushy in anyway and highlighted the benefits of what we ordered. i would highly recommend to anyone and Wayne was a step above the rest when it came to salesmanship..Thanks Wayne!

So far we have had a great experience in store. Graeme in the Preston store was helpful and friendly and we are certainly looking forward to the delivery of our new sofas!

Was very surprised wth the standard of the furniture on display when we first visited the store. Found exactly what we wanted but initially looked elsewhere to see whether we could beat the price. Needless to say we didn’t find anything as nice or as well made.

All staff were very personable and there’s no pressure. Once our decision was made we were served by Charlotte, who knew her stuff and made sure that our order was correct; covering it more than once.

Lovely showroom at Giltbrook Nottm. Sales lady Jess was very helpful & knowledgable. The process after sale was disappointing, poor communication. Was told a 7 week turnaround & asked if we’d take delivery early if possible. Ended up being 9 weeks, not the end of the world if they just communicated, not once did they call me to advise. At approx 6 weeks in I called for ETA & was told it’s running on time. Chased again after not hearing anything. Snow delayed the agreed delivery date (can’t be helped) but I wasn’t told anything concrete until a Manager stepped in. Delivery guys were great. The sofa is beautiful so alls well now, just brush up on your comms.

We went to the Croydon branch today. Matthew was very helpful and upbeat. He helped us to choose a sofa best suited to our needs and was fantastic at talking us through all the details and processing our purchase. His colleague Wayne came over to help tie up the purchase. They were both so helpful and kind. Much better than any of the other stores we went to. I would highly recommend choosing this store above others to choose a sofa from. Fantastic service! I would highly recommend Fabb sofas at the Abbotsinch Retail Park in Paisley. When we ordered our couch the service in store was great. The staff gave fantastic advice and weren't too pushy while we were deciding.
We also had to change our delivery date as our entry date for our new home had to be pushed back. This was done with ease and the staff were fantastic helping us arrange and alternative delivery date.
The delivery was scheduled between 8-11 and the suite arrived at 9.30.
Absolutely delighted with our suite. Thank you Fabb Sofas!

Hedge End Store, Southampton - Hampshire. AMAZING customer service both in store and online. Sarah was amazing, not pushy at all. Even made us a tea and coffee while we went through the paperwork. As well as this the finance options are really affordable especially with 0% interest and no deposit!! Would highly recommend to anyone. The wife and I were looking all week to buy a sofa for a new house, we have been to the usual known shops but for a reason or another, we couldn't find what we r looking for until we spotted FabbSofas at Walton Le Dale PRESTON which I never heard of before today. I am going to talk briefly about 3 elements that made our day today; The shop, the product and the people.
As you walk in, the décor, the cleanliness and general feel of the place really impresses you ! just beautiful, well presented and designed.
The sofas quality is amazing, the designs are chic and there is something for everyone, shape, material and budget.
The people? now that's what makes or breaks business... We initially spoke to CHARLOTTE as we had a couple questions about one of the sofas, she answered our questions very knowledgeably, professionally and gave us space after that until we found DARCY our new sofa. CHARLOTTE then took the time to run us through the specifics of the sofa, the price, the options... etc. She had the patient of a saint especially that I had to translate everything she said to my wife who didn't speak a great deal of English, yet she kept a big smile on her face.
We are extremely happy and just waiting now for the sofa to be delivered . Thank you FABBSOFAS and thank you CHARLOTTE :)
