Visited the Preston store this evening, spoke to the wonderful Joshua “Big Lad Charlie” Wood, he took me through all the available options on the furniture that fitted my room best. Until we ultimately settled on the impact range.... cannot thank Joshua enough for explaining all the finance options thoroughly and making the furniture very affordable.

We dealt with Lisa McNamara on two different occasions and she was so helpful and friendly and it was because of this treatment that my parents and i both purchased a suite from this store

We have been into the store twice to have a look at the sofa we wanted. Both times we were helped by Graeme. He was brilliant he helped us with anything we needed to know, he answered all our questions. Before we fully committed to ordering the sofa we wanted he made sure we were 100% happy with our choice. He went through the details of everything including the guarantees and delivery and couldn’t have been more helpful, we are very grateful that he made our purchase completely stress free. Would definitely use fab sofas again !

My husband and I recently moved house and were shopping in Croydon this past Saturday for a new sofa. We had very specific measurements and requirements of what we were looking for. We stopped into Fabbsofa and were warmly greeted by Wayne. He was such a help to us during our visit and even though it was only our second shop that we went to, he was very encouraging that we take the time to look around and compare what was out there. He spent a great deal of time with us, not because he was pushy, but because we had a lot of questions. He was very patient, knowledgeable and just a pleasure overall to speak to. His bright, bubbly personality and love for Canada (I'm Canadian), won us over! ;-) He built up a good relationship with us and if I'm honest, we didn't experience the same service anywhere else that we went. (And we went to all the big sofa shops). He came across as very honest and I felt he had our best interests at heart, which is rare sometimes in the sales fields. Overall, we are so happy with our choice of purchase and I'm really looking forward to seeing the end result when it is delivered. I would highly recommend Fabbsofas, not just because they have great product, but the service we experienced was impeccable! Thank you Wayne and we wish you every bit of success. Hopefully our paths will cross again!

Went into the Preston store yesterday to have a look around and get an idea for our new house. Was straight away put at ease by the store manager, no pushiness and let us browse and gave us sound advice when needed.

Today we measured up and went back in to purchase and was introduced to Graeme Beresford who looked after us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. At one point we had three tape measures and had moved everything around to replicate our front room, he couldn’t do enough for us. Over the moon with the sofa itself and also with Graeme.

The customer service was great and helpful for choosing

Ordered a new sofa on the 3rd of January only had to wait 4 weeks which was fab! And I love it super comfy but also looks great. The showroom in hedge end( where we ordered it ) was nice to walk round and the sales person I dealt with was informative and friendly. Not pushy and made me feel very at ease. And I think the price is really good for the quality you receive. The delivery men were also really nice efficient and helpful. I live in a Victorian terrace with a very narrow back access but it was no problem for them to carry down the back access (I’ve had a lot of bad delivery service with different companies in the past) I’m very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend the company to others.

Customer service has been excellent, non pushy, helpful sales people and great, friendly, knowledgable service from Mike.

Visited the Paisley showroom today and was delighted at the way my visit and subsequent purchase was handled. When my husband and I entered the store, which was very bright, clean and welcoming, we were approached by a very smart young man. He gave us some advice re different fillings on cushions etc and then left us to browse round the store. We had been looking in different furniture retailers for a new suite and it was very refreshing to be able to relax and see what was on offer. We then found one which we liked and the young man who approached us earlier, Darren Smith, could not have done enough to give us all our options on size, fabric etc. When we decided on our purchase he put through the sale explaining exactly what he was doing and delivery etc. We had a query on part of our order and the manager, Hab sorted this out to my complete satisfaction. I will do another review when my suite is delivered but I am confident after my experience today that It will be a good one.

We called in to look around the new showroom and were impressed by the spacious displays. We had a very interesting conversation with the Sales Manager Steve who was very helpful and informative. We would highly recommend a visit.

Preston store is lovely ordered a settee came before the due date by delivery men ste and phil, very friendly and managed to get them in my room! They look lovely. Staff in the shop friendly and helpful would recommend this store.

SAM is the man at Preston fabb,
Drove over from Bury as Preston is our nearest Fabb store. Well worth the visit as we found the store well laid out with excellent displays. We were greeted by Sam who offered us his service throughout without any pressure or any unsolicited sales talk. We were left to wander around the store to try out various sofas and different fabrics. Only when we wanted any information by looking for Sam he was there in an instant. He had excellent product knowledge and was not pushy. He never once tried to push us into buying a more expensive product seemingly knowing exactly what we wanted. Just visited fabb sofas in Preston, purchased a beautiful settee and chair , our sales assistant was Joshua he was very helpful and answered all our questions , so very polite and friendly a credit to the store , waiting for delivery of our sofa now and will review again after delivery , would definately recommend to friends and family

I'm funny when approached in shops but Paris noticed the Mrs & I straight away, making us aware that she was there to help but not in a forceful manner.
She helped us measure a sofa, was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful and approachable, making us feel comfortable and at ease (great skills with people). In turn we bought a sofa which we are very happy with. The shop has a great feel and atmosphere too. Thanks so much.

I purchased a 4 seater sofa from Fab Sofas Basildon around November. The lady we spoke with was so helpful and offered a fantastic service. Not too pushy at all. She allowed us to walk around and was there to answer any questions when ready! We live in a maisonette and our main concern was the sofa not fitting through the door and up the stairs. Not a problem for Fab Sofas! We spoke with the manager Jamie who advised the sofa can be split into two parts, and installed back together when delivered. Now this is a company who will go the extra mile and offer amazing customer service. Would I recommend Fab Sofas? Absolutely!

Update - The sofa has arrived and it's perfect. So classy looking (valentine range) and fits in so well with our living room :) Thank you to Jamie and the team who are doing a fantastic job at Fab Sofas, Basildon.

What a lovely store so much choice very modern, all staff are lovely and have time for you, they explain everything you want to know and are very happy to help you .
I had a lady called Lisa helping me she was great very helpful i decide to buy a new sofa. I was told it would be 12 weeks and i received in 11weeks i was over the moon with the delivery and had two men putting all together. I had a slight problem with my sofa so popped my head in the store the manager was not in that day so i said i would pop in the next day to speak to him, before i caught even do this the manager had rang me and asked if he could come round . Jamie turned up on time and what a lovely bloke he was very understanding he went back to the store and said he would get in contact with me later that day , but with in 30 minutes to rang me up and the problem had been solved. Fantastic customers services thanks so much to Jamie your a great manager and also a big thankyou to Lisa for helping me choose my perfect new sofa i love it .

Just had 2 sofas delivered from the Fabb Sofas store in Preston. Ste and Phil the delivery men were great. They rang to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They put down runners so they wouldn't scratch the wooden floors, they fitted the feet to the sofas, unwrapped them, put them in position and removed all the packaging. They were both very friendly, polite and efficient and I would highly recommend them. Brilliant service!

Had an excellent shopping experience in Fabb sofas, Preston. I was a bit over whelmed by the sheer number to chose from not being great at making decisions ... However, Josh talked it through with me and we narrowed it down to a Dumpling! Went back with a friend and got the most amazing and hilarious demonstration of pillow plumping from Sam! Everyone very helpful and not in your face.

I visited Preston on Sunday me and my mum were really impressed. We were given great advise on a reclining sofa and we will be returning as planned to see Stephen who was fantantic with us and not pushy in anyway even made my mum a cup of tea....outstanding place and I have told people to go look.

We bought a sofa from Fabb that was delivered in December. Unfortunately they couln't get the sofa in my our flat. I thought we would have to change the size but they took the sofa back, arranged for it to be stripped back and cut in half. They delivered it back this week and sent an upholsterer to fit it together. All at no extra cost.
Highly impressed with their customer service.
