Fantastic knowledgeable staff and brilliant products.

After visiting the newly opened Fabb sofas for the first time we were very impressed. The staff were very helpful but not pushy. We eventually returned after visiting all the other major stores. The range of sofas is excellent and if you are looking for something a little bit different then this is the place. They also offer the option of up to 4years 0% finance.

We had fabulous service from Sam Mansouri, very professional & attentive. Showed us a number of sofas & explained in detail the benefits of each one. We bought one from fabb & Sams customer service was very good.

Just been to the Paisley store after spending weeks looking else where and I cant thank the manager Neil enough for all his help and his knowledge of what we required. The shop looks amazing and staff are polite and professional! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Jess at the Nottingham store was fantastic. Great service and very helpful with all our questions. We needed both of our sofas to break down into sections in order to get it into our house which being an older property has smaller doors. This wasn't a problem at all, unlike just about every other sofa store. Great range of sofas which are also far better designed than the usual market leaders.

Visited your new Preston store received amazing service the quality and price are fantastic compared to dfs and Harveys where I’d looked before I got a 100% leather sofa for the price of leather look in the other stores can’t recommend fabb enough good luck going forward

My partner and I went to the new store in Preston and was greeted by Graeme (sales manager). We were left to our own devices which in previous stores felt like we were been followed and watched. Once we decided on a sofa, Graeme was very friendly and Explained stuff in great detail. We asked for measurements and he was happy to oblige. When returning to the store Graeme was yet again on hand to deal with it and again was very professional and happy to answer any questions.
This store is a new store to the area and I can see it been one of the best. Definitely recommend to anyone and will be using again.

On Nov 3rd 2017 I ordered a sofa from their shop in Croydon, at which point I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas - on Dec 19th I received a phone call from them to say that my sofa would be delivered on Dec 22nd. I waited for their call on that date to tell me that the sofa was on its way, but when I’d heard nothing all day I phoned the Croydon shop at about 5pm to ask where it was, only to be told that there had been an error and that my sofa would not now be delivered until after Christmas, on Dec 28th. I was extremely annoyed at this, as they had absolutely guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas. Eventually (and only after a great deal of insistence from me) the manager agreed to return the delivery charge of £49 by way of apology and compensation. Then, on Dec 27th, I received another call from him to say that in fact the sofa would not now be delivered on Dec 28th after all, and I would have to wait until Jan 2nd. Again (obviously) I was not at all happy about this - they had guaranteed me a sofa for Christmas, now I wouldn’t have a sofa for either Christmas or New Year. I told the manager that I felt I should be further compensated, he said that he would call me on Jan 2nd to ensure that the sofa had been delivered and we could discuss it further at that point. Needless to say he didn’t call, obviously hoping I would just give up and go away, but I feel cheated and let down, I gave them my money up front in good faith and they breached their contract and let me down, not once, but twice.

Update: Jan 11th.
I have just received a call from a Fabb Sofa's representative who apologised profusely and offered me a further refund as compensation - I didn't think I'd be hearing from them again, so I have to say I'm very impressed - I should also have said that despite the delivery problems the sofa is lovely. My faith in you has been restored, thank you.

We purchased a sofa from Fabb Sofas 2 days ago, Jamil at the Giltbrook retail park shop was such a helpful gentleman. We spent a lot of time trying to decide what colour would go with our house and furniture we already had, he took us to different areas of the show room to compare the colour we wanted with different woods, materials and colours they had so we could see the comparison. He went out of his way to ensure that we were 100% happy with what we wanted. He was chatty and cheerful, me and my partner both left purchasing 2 sofas and a footstool. We were extremely happy with the service, and we will be getting 2 new sofas soon

We ordered sofas from Fabb Sofas which were delivered on 16th December. On the 27th December the leg broke off of the two seater. I phoned Fabb Sofas Watford and I was assured someone would call me back the next day, they did this. I was informed that they would not be able to help or look at the sofa until the 4th Jan. I explained to the lady on the phone this was no good as I had a family and family coming to stay for the New Year. She apologised but stated she could not do anything until then.
I was not happy about this, so I called back and spoke to the Manager Michael Leadbeater. He was FANTASTIC! Within a few hours I had a replacement sofa delivered, he explained that I could use this sofa until our new one was ready and he could not have been more helpful. The replacement sofa was delivered as promised on time and the delivery men were extremely helpful. Michael stated he would call me by the 5th Jan to inform me when my new sofa would be ready. He called on the 5th Jan as promised and informed me a replacement would be with me within the next four weeks, he also stated that we could keep the replacement 2 seater until the new furniture was delivered. I feel this is customer service at it’s best. I would recommend Fabb Sofas to anyone. It appears the sofa that broke was a faulty one. Thank you Fabb Sofas. Very much appreciated.

Had a great experience at the Preston store, we visited a couple of times to browse before making our decision. Each time we were greeted with a friendly ‘Hello’ and a ‘Let me know if you need anything’ which was great and totally suited our buying style. Today we made a purchase with Graeme, an honest, open and friendly approach and he really took his time to explain all we might need to know!

Visited the new Paisley showroom on Christmas Eve and immediately saw some sofas we really liked. Definitely worth a visit. Showroom is lovely, spacious and modern. We returned to the store to look at the sofas again and spoke with William who was very professional, helpful and informative. There was no hard sell. We ended up ordering sofas and William and the manager Neil were both very helpful in allowing us to make correct colour choices and ensure products were correct sizes and matches to other items we'd chosen. We are looking forward to our new sofas arriving when we move into our new home and if the initial customer service we've received is anything to go by then we have high expectations for the delivery and quality of our chosen sofas. Keep up the good work!

We have just ordered our new sofa from Fabbsofas in Preston. We was dealt with by Graham, who was very knowledgeable, polite and funny. We are very impressed by the service and the no pressure attitude and would definitely be ordering from them again in the future. If you want a new sofa go to these guys, can't recommend them enough. Only thing i would add is that there should be a coffee machine, lol
