Already submitted a review on your website. Just had to do another, absolutely fabulous quality of everything tried so far, biggest outstanding items pork tenderloin, never ever had quality like it, large grey and pink prawns, pork escalopes, chicken tenders, I could go on! Honestly wasn't a farmfoods shopper, now on all the time. Staff lovely helpful and polite. A joy.

My mum bought milk this Monday from Farmfoods and the taste was so weird literally a total scam. It looked like water mixed with milk.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC PLACE TO SHOP TELFORD HOLYHEAD ROAD STORE. EVERYTHING I NEEDED AFTER A LONG 12HR SHIFT IN EMI FACILITIES. THE STAFF WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND VERY HELPFUL INDEED. ESPECIALLY STAFF MEMBER SUSAN ON THE TILL AT THE TIME AND ALLAN WHO HELPED PUSH MY FULL SECOND TROLLEY TO MY VEHICLE. SURELY THEY SHOULD RECEIVE A MONTHLY BONUS FOR BOTH THEIR GENUINE EFFORT AND INTUITIVE PEOPLE SKILLS FIRST RATE FIVE STAR EMPLOYEES. FARMFOODS SHOULD RECOGNISE HOW LUCKY THEY ARE TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT!!!

13TH AUGUST..UPDATE..TOLD I HAVEN'T STOLE £100 OF CHOCOLATE. NOW IT'S SOME CONFECTIONERY ! WONT TELL ME WHAT .BUT STILL ALLOWED IN STORE TO USE £10 VOUCHER THEY SENT ME !! Have just received a flyer through the door for farm foods. Unbelievable, but they now sell halal food. Therefore I shall never purchase from farm foods again. Halal food goes against my religion and beliefs.

I would like to say what a great representative of the company the manager, Carol from Farmfoods in Galashiels is. I had never shopped there before but she talked me into trying it and I will now be a regular customer. Great quality food at a sensible price. Thanks Carol & hope to meet you again!!

Tinned red salmon in a watery brine full of bones and skin and it’s pink in colour won’t be buying again made a mistake buying 10 so not pleased at all

I have been a few times to the Farm Foods Wigan. Summary is nothing really bad. I bought a few items believing they were value for money. However, the taste isn't good and infact I'm not shopping theor again. The staff are helpful and efficient even though it is minimal staffing. I found by shopping there for the same amount I spent at other retailers . I got more items. But some of those items I scraped because I didn't find them eatable and nobody does at home. On the branded stuff there isn't anything wrong, but on burgers, chicken and stuffing dinner and a few other. I'm sorry but no

Unsure what has happened at your Weston-Super-Mare store over the last few weeks, the store has more gaps in their shelves and freezers than stock available , cleanliness has deteriorated. Even the “basics” are never on sale. I’m pretty sure they are losing customers at an alarming rate because of it too. No longer worth the trip

Bought their own brand of sausage and mash. Seriously disgusting. No taste to the mash and the gravy was sweet. Extra small sausages which were tasteless.

Great range of frozen and non frozen products at low prices, I like to browse first before settling what is going into my trolley, that way, the frozen items are not thawing whilst i'm browsing. However, today (Wednesday 5th August), I visited the Darlington store and put all of my items through the till, I was being served by a lady named Jill who was extremely pleasant to speak with. Jill's demeanour and attitude made my visit to the store a very happy experience. Such encounters brighten your day and Jill certainly did that.

. I had a very disappointing experience at Farmood in Heath Town, Wolverhampton. I purchased eggs from this store and later discovered they were mouldy, which is a serious health and safety concern. With a baby at home, consuming these eggs could have put my child's health at risk. When I returned to report the issue, the manager behaved unprofessionally and did not handle my complaint properly. Even more concerning, I noticed there were still mouldy eggs on the shelves being offered for sale. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper food safety standards. I hope the store takes this matter seriously and improves their quality control to protect its customers.

We had a flyer posted through our door for farmfoods Weston Super Mare. We hadn't been in for years, got there, and the stock was empty, and they did not have what we wanted; most freezers were empty.
We were told by 2 members of staff to come back the following morning, but we got there and nothing had changed even after ringing the store and being told yes, it was definitely in stock and to come to the store.
It is a shame but we will stick with the food warehouse or Iceland as it is owned by much better stocked.

I shop at farmfoods on ward gate way pretty regularly, the shop is generally well stocked with a very good variety of things...the prices are very competitive. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond. The shop is very clean and tidy..

I always visit the store and it’s always never any stock. Dunstable store .

I shop here every month and look forward to the discount as its a big shop for me. Today I did another shop and no vouchers attached to any of the recent emails received so had to pay the full amount. Even the shop assistant tried to help finding the vouchers but got nothing. Very disappointed.

The shops are spacious & cool, the SHOP staff are extremely quick, helpful & amusing, best staff ever (along with Heron Foods staff), the products are MOSTLY good & are nearly all well-priced – but what lets it down, & in a big way, is that, when you very occasionally come across an awful product & let them know online, it takes 20 minutes of repeatedly trying to get past the "I'm not robot" thing (thus strongly implying they don't really want to hear from customers) & if you actually manage to get your complaint Submitted, then the staff who reply clearly don't read all that you've put & just bizarrely+illogically say they'll ask the manufacturer! (oh & offer to send you a voucher to the address that you din't give, which they didn't notice cos they barely read your complaint) - asking a manufacturer about its own bad product is obviously like asking a caught-out thief to report on the status of his own honesty, so as I say, bizarre & illogical.

Update after Farmfoods' reply, which reader will see below –
Thank you to Farmfoods for withdrawing from sale the 1 awful product, after my second complaint which included threats to take the matter to regulatory bodies & the press.
Obviously it shouldn't've been necessary to make such threats, nor did I at all enjoy having had to do so!
So it's good that Farmfoods had internally addressed its customer complaints procedural problem, presumably to try to ensure that this attitude doesn't happen again.
As I say, the shop itself is wonderful, & in many years I've only ever come cross this 1 bad product, that had to be withdrawn from sale.
& hopefully now Farmfoods' online customer services will have improved.

This shop is very well stocked, with all the weekly offers, this shop is not my local store as my local store never has much stock or any of the offers.
The manager (Rachael) and all the staff are very helpful!!

I went to farmfoods to get Chappati flour, bargain 10kg for £5, Farmfoods is my favourite food shop, great location always busy, love a bargain, they got Humza Massala fries, you gotta try, and all other bargains no1

Walked out of the store today in Ellesmere Port. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the till as the queue grew in size. Completely unacceptable. Often there is only one checkout open with a long queue.
