I ordered fast line departure from Phuket airport yesterday. We where 5 adult and 2 children and all went well and it was "nice" to avoid the long que.
After I ordered I read trustpilot and was afraid that I was scammed, but I was not. Two things: I think it's best to order this a couple of days before your departure AND also cancel the subscription in then E-mail you will get from Fast line VIP. (to avoid the 3 months premium subscription). I also notice that the link they send only works the first time. Something to remember.

This is a scam and a very bad nightmare. Their bots will respond with a refund, then proceed to charge you again. It will be necessary to take legal action against this company.

After payment, you receive an email saying that there will be no service and your card will not be charged. Then your card is charged anyway for a 3-month premium subscription that you never requested.

Beware, it's a scam. Booked fast track for airport but after paying, received an email to say no availability. Then, a week later, they have deducted money from my bank account, after setting up a subscription to take money every three months. This wasn't something I had agreed to or signed up for.

As previous reviewers have noted this is a scam. They will state that they can provide a service to clear passport control quickly if you subscribe to their service. Then when you have been accepted they will send an e-mail apologising that the service is no longer available, they will say you have not been charged. However, you will have been charged for the service and $75 taken form your credit card, they will then try and take another $75 every three months, so contact your card company and get it blocked if you have been caught. They may offer a refund, that will never come, they have no ability to deliver this service, it is a complete fraud and no monies will be returned.

Giant scam. And good luck getting money back from your credit card company. Basically burned 150$

SCAM! Do not use the Service of this Website.
Its like other people already said. You get charged for a service you don‘t get and later on they‘ll continue charging like 75$…

When you try to buy a one time fast track, they unfortunately cannot deliver, but you have signed up for a subscription 75 USD every 3 months.

I signed up to use this for 1 time at Male Airport in the Maldives. They were 'unable to find me a slot' so I was not able to use the service. They sent me a note saying i would not be charged. 2 weeks later i was charged $75 dollars for an 'unlimted annual plan' that i never signed up for. You can not logon to the website to unsubscribe from this- it is not technically possible./

Apparently 2300 reviews but only 23 on here? No service available for my flight but still got charged $75 subscription. Complete scam!! Do not use.

Total scam! I was looking for a fast track pass and came across this website which allegedly had 5 start reviews. (totally untrue as you can see by their rating here!).
They charged me even though the service was not available. I received an email saying I won’t be charged for the service but they still charged me for subscription. Total scam! Be sure to visit the airport website and book directly with them.

Angeblich habe ich einen Fast Lane Zugang am Flughafen Genf gebucht. Die versprochene Leistung wurde durch die Firma aber nicht erbracht. Neben der Einmalgebühr wurde kurze Zeit später eine Abogebühr über meine Kreditkarte abgebucht.
Eine in der E-Mail-Kommunikation versprochene Rückbuchung hat nie stattgefunden.

Information was very poor, we weren't able to find the person they said would be waiting, there was no co tact number and today 4 days after a visit they have charged my card another $112. Stay clear

Beware of buying this last minute.
They charge a premium and it is not instant issuing.
Mine did not could not be arranged last minute. And support does not answer late at night.
My single authorization did not go through, and credit to them they did send an email stating that they will refund the amount which takes 7 business days. I hope this will happen soon.
The text on the website is also misleading indicating instant approval, which does not happen
2nd the also automatically subscribe you to a monthly membership. Which is not clear that you are doing that.
Update: they did refund me both the initial payment as promised, do well done.
And after my complaint regarding the membership, they refunded this also.

Scam! It’s not instant. They prey on stressed travellers. DO NOT BUY

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. IT'S A FRAUD SPANISH COMPANY!!!!
Just like other people on here, I've experienced the same.
I've used a once off service with them while traveling to Bali. I've not seen any information about the subscription and they stored my credit card details and charged me 75 euros. I don't even know what services would I receive from this subscription. Ive been emailing back and forth with the company and they clearly have done this many times as they were responding what appears to be email templates.
Please do yourself a favour. Don't spend money on this company.

This is a total scam. They take your payment info, then cancel your requested service and promise a refund that you never receive. then within a few days they charge you $75 for a “subscription”. I have written emails and challenged the charges, but no refunds.

It is a scam. In addition to providing the service requested (which they do) they silently subscribe you for $75 service using fine print in one of their many emails, without your consent.
Avoid.

Despite providing 10 days notice and following up on multiple occasions, the company involved failed to provide any service. No refund has been provided and so a charge back has been forced with my credit card provider. Avoid- deceptive and misleading supplier
