Fatface in Sutton Coldfield
My wife and I visited Fatface in Sutton Coldfield twice today not having had enough time to browse initially. Lydia, who was working on her own that day couldn't have been more helpful and chatty, giving us plenty of time to browse and try clothes on. We ended up buying far more than expected. Quality of the items is also very good.

I have been shopping at the Sutton Coldfield store for many years due to the fantastic staff and the fantastic range of clothing.
It was also a favourite of my late mother

I never feel pressurised to purchase anything and it’s never a problem if an item isn’t suitable and I have to return it.
It is always my “go to” shop if I need anything special to wear.

Always a very accommodating store. The staff are consistently brilliant, and strive to provide the best experience for their customers. They demonstrate products and show alternatives that I maybe wouldn’t have considered before. I return time after time for this fantastic service.

Excellent customer service at Sutton Coldfield Branch. Lydia and Emily and the team are always friendly, polite and helpful and ready to answer any queries. This is based on my own experience and seeing them interacting with other customers.
