Very easy to make a booking for the day

Super easy to find events and book tickets. Also offer a concession for wheelchair bound individuals and their carers.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

I booked to attend an event through Fatsoma and the event was subsequently cancelled. I received a refund for the event but was charged £32(!!) in booking fees which Fatsoma has refused to return, despite the event never actually taking place. They claimed that this was due to processing the transaction and refund and handling communications, but how this amounts to £32 is beyond me. It is gouging customers / event-goers which are the very people which have supported its success to date.

There are better booking platforms out there which are much more reasonable and less predatory in their tactics and I would highly recommend avoiding Fatsoma in favour of another platform.

They sent me an email with a promo code. I went to book the tickets and the seats were already filled or promo code was no longer available. Was there ever any seats available at the 15% off or was it a bait and switch opportunity? Not sure I like thought.

Terrible experience. So upset. Inadvertently ordered duplicate tickets for the same night. Different times. I did not have opportunity to view cart prior to check out. I immediately emailed and basically told tough luck. No refunds. They are in UK therefore 5 hrs ahead of US. Still haven't heard from anyone after my 4th email. Very annoyed wirh customer experienceand service.. Never again. Fatsoma should provide a way to communicate not with a do not reply email if the want more information. The issue was with the platform.

We were not allowed to enter by the security staff for no reason. They refused to let me and my friends go inside without giving any explanation. We have already sent you a message on Instagram, and we would appreciate it if you could look into this.

Cancelled our FIFA final tickets - no email, no warning, no refund in sight
Booked tickets through this company for a group of 16 to watch the FIFA final at Big Penny Social. The event was cancelled with absolutely no notice - no email, no notification of any kind. We only found out after the fact, once plans were already made and the day was already blocked out.
For an event this size, with this many people involved, that's a serious failure. No communication before the cancellation, none after, and still no clarity on refund timelines or any offer of compensation for the inconvenience.
If you're planning something as a group do not book through this company. There's no guarantee you'll actually be told if it falls through.

I continued to put my discount code of 15% in, and it doesn’t appear to have given me the discount. Very frustrating and doesn’t give me a positive feeling about the company. Unsure if I would use it again or recommend it to someone

Good communication. Kept me informed of the delivery schedule, was delivered relatively quickly. The mat feels cool and hopefully the dog will sit on it!

Bit misleading with welcome code. Hadn’t realised it was only on a certain number of tickets which feels a bit mean-spirited.
