misleading when paying for three tickets as its a really slow system. so slow it looked as if i had not paid. so i paid for another three tickets
checked bank and id paid for six tickets.... then found out there is no refund !!! i'm fuming and wouldn't want this happening to others, so dont trust this company!!!!

When I ordered my tickets I couldn’t understand why my money had been taken and no tickets. I couldn’t understand why not access them on the website either. I was very annoyed. I then found out where I could mail and did so explaining my problem. Within minutes I got a reply and my tickets. I was unable to access the site as I had put the wrong email in through a typo! Thank you so much. I would have given 5 stars but it took me a while to find out how to contact the site. Thank you for sorting out my error.

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off! Never use this company. They never refund and make it so difficult to get in touch. I was unable to attend an event due to a family bereavement and they were so unfeeling and unsympathetic it made my unfortunate event even worse! Don't use them!!!

Fatsoma is a website event organisers use to sell tickets to the shows they're putting on, refund policy is set by the event organisers not us.
You can request a refund from the organisers for your order at www.fatsoma.com/orders
You can reach out to our team at support.fatsoma.com however they cannot approve/deny refunds as that can only be done by an organiser.

Fatsoma is a self service ticket platform. We don't organise the events listed on our site, we do the ticket technology.
When an organiser adds a ticket they can add a discount code that will reveal a ticket when it's entered. To get the discount you need to purchase the discounted ticket.

easy buy using a credit card number, online and tickets promptly received by email link and pdf. As usual with concert tickets, there are commission payments but this was far less than some charge, so well done:)

Fan park was ok - but my
Word it’s a con.
£3.30 per person booking fee even though booking 1 table.
Promised a free drink if entered before 8.30pm, we got in the queue at 7.45pm, but wasn’t given entry until 8.31pm because of checks etc and was refused the free drink as 1 minute over.

Thanks for reaching out.
There is a booking fee per ticket to more accurately reflect the costs of processing the order and how that scales when more things are listed.
Fatsoma is a self service ticketing platform, we don't organise the events and information about the events is provided by the event organiser.
It is possible to have one ticket for the whole table, if you were charged for individual tickets this is because you were issued individual tickets by the organiser.
With regards to the free drink we'd recommend talking to the organiser.

Good quick purchase. However the addition of a processing charge at the end spoilt the experience. Would be much better if this was displayed at the same time as the ticket price.

Motown letdown
Amending my review because the organiser Fatsoma were not the issue and I have left a review for the venue instead.
Myself & 4 friends attended the Motown day party in Cardiff on 27th June 2026. We left after 1 drink.
The venue felt very disjointed and there was nowhere to sit. We like to be able to set up camp somewhere and those that want to can go off and dance but have a base to come back to and somewhere to leave their drinks and bags.
The only place we could get a seat was in the air conditioned pink room but we were unable to hear the music from in there.
Very disappointed. Expected better for tickets that cost over £20.

What a useless company
Bought 2 tickets for an event and turned up at the venue on the given date.
The event was cancelled 1 month before the given date, however we were not informed or offered a refund.
Money spent getting to the venue, time spent travelling to the venue..........all wasted.
What a useless company they are.
There are better out there.
Reply to the response from Fatsoma.
Simple reply really - you didn't email me.
But you did take your booking fee.
Shockingly bad company.

As soon as we're informed that an event is cancelled or rearranged we'll send an email to the email on your account explaining how to get a refund. You can request a refund for this event at www.fatsoma.com/orders when signed into the account used to make your purchase

I ordered a GOLD ticket and used the discount code WELCOME15 and didn’t receive the discount. I wrote Customer Service that the instructions were unclear. I was told it only applied to certain GOLD tickets. I’m very disappointed in your policy!

Just so you know, we are a ticketing website, we don't organise the events listed on the website.
Discount codes can be added by an event organiser. When you add a code a discounted ticket will be revealed. To get the discount you must purchase the discounted tickets.

It was very easy to buy the tickets. Only took me 10 minutes to buy them and print them. Now, I can wait to go to the concert!
