Easy process. Very user friendly.

Very happy with the customer service. I wanted tickets to a sold out event, so emailed with the hope of just being placed on a waiting list. But was instantly emailed back with two tickets and exceptional communication to make sure all was completed online and I was happy!

Worst website ever for buying tickets. They dont have any ownership of the events listed on their website.

!!! WORST EXPERIENCE !!!

When purchasing a seat & after completing the info was informed I needed to download the app & print the ticket. I have a small iPad with limited memory & unable to do so along with not having a printer or smartphone. After the paying the fee & providing info unsure if I’ll be able to attend concert. I’ll take the iPad along & show what I have & hope I’m able to attend concert.

Your response doesn’t state if I’m able to use the iPad to verify the ticket as I DO NOT have a printer. Previously able to be able to go to Office Max for printing & they closed the store. There are no local options.

Got scammed.. Selling ticket for fan zone in a pub.. When you arrive in pub anyone can go in the pub and you are not allowed to sit because someone in the pub booked tge table for free (without buying any ticket). SCAM

I bought 5 wrong tickets and want to change them ( disabled to bronze) which cost the same. No one seems to be able to help. I have sent several emails and the advice is for someone to change the tickets in UK but they don’t have a phone number where I can call!

Excellent service. There was a blip in delivery but courier error, soon sorted out by Fatsoma.

Very bad experience with Fatsoma: very poor response from your ticketing department : I requested a time change for the show in newark , delaware : from 630 pm to730 pm on September 12 ;

Because id this bad experience , will never buy tickets from you & attend your shows: plus I would by be recommending any Fatsoma show to my friends, office colleagues and relatives

I was offered a welcome 15 discount that I didn’t receive when I ordered. when I emailed customer service They told me to call England during their regular business hours and they could probably help me. That’s about 8 time zones away. That’s not the kind of support I expect.

Fatsoma is not the event coordinator, however the WELCOME15 price is on a totally different line, which is very tricky. The software to buy the tickets is not user friendly, as there is no review page to check your purchase before hitting send.

I received the email with the welcome15 discount. When I placed my order, it said “discount applied”, but I received no credit for it. The price I was charged remained the same as originally listed.

I did not get the promised 15% off in exchange for phone number. The ordering process was confusing as I wanted the 9:00 slot but the 3:00 time was the time indicated I. The area if the web page that was most prominent. I found it to be confusing g and not user friendly. Sorry.

I find the site easy to navigate and book.
However, I booked the wrong tickets, not sure how I did that.
I looked at the rules etc and they will not refund or change date of ticket which is a little disappointing.

Ik maakte de vergissing van het boeken van 1 ticket in de prijsklasse waar het meteen de laatste ticket betrof, terwijl we graag met z'n 2 naast elkaar wilden zitten. Dus ik probeerde direct te annuleren.... dat kon niet.... toen heb ik meteen een mail gestuurd met de vraag of men de gekochte kaart kon omzetten naar een plek waar nog wél voldoende plaatsen waren.... dat kon ook niet...

Toen ben ik maar alleen gegaan... en wat bleek...er waren in elk geval nog 4 plaatsen in dezelfde prijsklasse beschikaar, want ik heb het hele uur naar 4 lege stoelen zitten kijken.. en er waren 2 rijen achter mij compleet leeg, terwijl de site aangaf dat alles verder was uitverkocht.

Overigens vond ik het concert (van nog geen 60 minuten) die 30 euro absoluut niet waard... maar dat is waarschijnlijk een kwestie van smaak...

I have just been to a candlelit concert and I was completely underwhelmed. The main disappointment was that, despite the hot weather, there were no drinks available. On asking for a drink if water I was directed to the toilet as they had no means of getting me a drink. I said I felt unwell but there were no first aiders. There was no programme of events and although the music was good the introductions were muffled. There were very few candles and some were not working. A very disappointing event !!

So far, not good! I bought tickets for the wrong time. Emailed like it said on the website. I got a response saying that I have to go back to the website and fill out a form. I fill out the form and then I’m told that I’ve contacted the wrong organization. I’m given information to go to the other organization. I emailed the other organization again! It’s been a few days and haven’t heard back from anybody. I don’t like when one company takes your money, but the other one is the one in charge of the tickets. I have no answers from either company. Not happy with their customer service.
