SCAM !!! bought a ticket through Lumos and Fatsoma supposedly issued the the ticket fir an event that did not exist. Money taken from my account. So beware!!!

Received a response to my query very quickly, fully explained the process & advised alternative action.

I made an error setting up an account for Lumos Experience which prohibited me from downloading tickets I purchased. Customer support solved my issue promptly and successfully through email. I was very pleased with their customer service.

I bought tickets for a group of friends to an event thought fatsoma. Two days before the event it was cancelled and rescheduled. The original event was in May and it got moved to August. Unfortunately most of the people were no no longer able to attend. When I requested a refund I was only given a portion of it back. My further requests to receive the rest of my funds back were ignored and never refunded.

First time using Fatsoma , had a bit of a hitch actually getting the tickets through but Customer Advice guy James Ogiliev sorted it out very quickly and efficiently for me , will definitely use again.

I booked tickets to an event through Fatsoma. The event organisers later cancelled the event. Although the refund request process was easy, Fatsoma kept almost £15 of the value in "fees". I feel that this is inappropriate given that the cancellation was not our fault. I understand most booking platforms charge fees but this feels extortionate for 3 people. It's an easy way to make money I guess but it feels very shady. Would not book an event again through Fatsoma due to the risk of this.

I should have been able to research my email using "Lumos". Someone else informed me how to find it and my ticket.

If I could give it nothing I would. Cancelled the event. No communication from anyone. As yet no refund. No apologies, no reason for cancelling and just a smarmy organiser at the venue telling me it was cancelled and that I should have been emailed. Clearly I did not get the email as non was sent to me and I would not have wasted me or my friends time. Should expect better from a so called market leader..disgusted. wont buy again. I will avoid in the future and suggest other do also.

I misplaced tickets and the Fatsoma team customer service were excellent and resolved the issue very quickly. Very impressed.

My issue was addressed expeditiously and completely satisfactorily. Thanks so much!
