I continued to put my discount code of 15% in, and it doesn’t appear to have given me the discount. Very frustrating and doesn’t give me a positive feeling about the company. Unsure if I would use it... Ver mais

Good communication. Kept me informed of the delivery schedule, was delivered relatively quickly. The mat feels cool and hopefully the dog will sit on it!

I signed up to the app and bought…

I signed up to the app and bought tickets. Every time I try and check about the tickets I've purchased it doesn't recognise my account so I don't know if I have tickets or not. I've registered again and it doesn't recognise me again. So far a terrible start.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues. The app an the website use the exact same log in info. You do not need to register again if you already have an account. If you are having issues with your account you can contact our team at support.fatsoma.com

An Expensive Booking Experience

Nothing special about the service, but being charged £2.50 for the pleasure of using your web form is abominable.
Dangling a prize draw for review sounds shady.
You can keep your vouchers.

I need to update this review.
I have received confirmation. This was an oversight on my behalf so sincere apologies to fatsoma.

My previous review.
I purchased ticket but as yet have not received confirmation. I will be ringing to find out what's happened as the money has gone from my account. Very disappointed.
I need to uodate this review.

3 to 4 times more men than ladies

You guys did well organizing it with the dance instructor, the cigar gift and the singer. However, there were 3 to 4 times more men than ladies. I regret coming and I feel that there should be a balance on gender ticket sales. You could stop selling men tickets if it does not come close to the ladies coming to the event.

Clear and intuitive

Clear attractive website with interesting and varied event choices. The site is easy to use, intuitive, even for a pensioner with fairly limited ICT skills.
Tickets were sent through immediately and placed in my online wallet.
