Good communication. Kept me informed of the delivery schedule, was delivered relatively quickly. The mat feels cool and hopefully the dog will sit on it!

Seamless

I booked tickets to see The Karma Effect and it was seamless, easy and I felt very satisfied. All the information about the gig was present and easy to find.

The gig was cancelled but still got charged Booking fee

The gig was cancelled. It was still being advertised on the night. I was fooled into booking the gig and turned up. wasted time and money and to add insult to injury could not get a full refund of ticket and booking fee!

We're sorry to hear that the gig that you'd bought tickets to was cancelled. Unfortunately when an event is cancelled we're unable to refund our fees.

Quick & easy

Quick & easy. I used Apple Pay which I was unsure would be available so that was a bonus. Confirmation came through immediately & tickets able to save straight away too.

The app is ok… but it’s another app…

The app is ok… but it’s another app that you have to download to access to one event. It’s starting to be annoying.

Hi Audrey, All tickets are emailed to you as soon as you finish your purchase. You do not need to download the app to access your tickets.

Super simple options for tickets and prices were very clear for the event.
Very smooth process and communication was instant with the tickets I had purchased.

Tickets purchase was seamless & easily…

Tickets purchase was seamless & easily to follow, events clearly outlined for correct selection. Simple steps to create account & access tickets which are also shared by email. Only issue is on downloading the app, set password is not accepted despite using password reset function.
