Pourtant ma dernière commande ne m’est jamais parvenue. Au début le service client était très réactifs à mes messages en se reposant sur le livreur et en m’assurant qu’une solution serait trouvée.
Pourtant voilà plus 15 jours que je suis sans nouvelles. Visiblement je n’aurais ni remboursement ni renvoi de colis.
Le service client a donc simplement voulu clamer les choses mais sans apporter de réponse.

Marque à fuire absolument !!! Au premier abord, le marketing est séduisant, même si les prix se rapprochent de ceux d’une marque de luxe — sans que la qualité des tissus ne semble le justifier…
J’ai commandé l’ensemble de la collection « Délirio » (jupe à 120 € et veste à 74 €, pourtant soldés). À la réception, énorme déception : les pièces n’ont aucune tenue, le tissu évoque un chiffon de très mauvaise qualité, les coupes sont approximatives et mal réalisées. Une fois portés, les vêtements ne rendent rien : tout manque de structure et donne une impression globale très cheap !
La collection « Délirio » porte finalement bien son nom… mais pas dans le bon sens. :|
Et pour couronner le tout, la marque facture 15 € de frais de retour — comme si ça ne suffisait pas de s’être fait royalement enflé !
Et petit update pour répondre à la marque qui se justifie de fabriquer ses vêtement à Barcelone en dessous de mon avis : honnêtement arrêtez de les faire fabriquer en Europe et opter plutôt pour la Chine. La manufacture y est meilleur que celle de vos produits aux prix pourtant si luxueux… ;)

I started the return procedure but surprisingly, they didnt accept returns on “handmade products”. Tbh, it is just a leather bag, it was never made customized for me or anything like that. Tbh, it felt like a scam and I am more than sure that I will never buy from this store again

This has been my worst experience placing an order online. Not only is customer service non existent (I never received a reply to my multiple emails and DMs sent to Fener), I was charged a $30 fee to return the item, which was not sized correctly. The seller failed to disclose the fee or any particularities with sizing when I placed my order. I feel like I was simply stolen $30 for no apparent reason. It’s unprofessional and makes it a store I will never order from ever again.

I usually never write bad reviews, but the customer service really pushed me to do so 🥲 I ordered a dress that was completely see through, which unfortunately was not visible at all from both pictures and videos or any descriptions (go check yourself: I ordered the secreto dress - you can see it’s a light fabric, but it was so see through that essentially wearing it outside would mean showing the world your naked body - you can see EVERYTHING. In the pics it looks much more covering). The return is 15€, which is a lot and especially frustrating if the product looked very different from the pictures. I sent them a message, mainly just so that they can add a disclaimer for other people. I didn’t ask for anything and only said it would’ve been nice if it would’ve been clear it’s completely see through. Rather than acknowledging that this was a bit of a mistake on their side or offering a return discount (smth I didn’t even ask for), they vaguely said they’ll forward it to ‘the team’, but also kept reiterating that they don’t retouch pictures and that there are even videos of the dress, and a bit passive aggressively insinuating that they’re doing enough. My entire point was that yes there are pics and videos, but they do NOT adequately show the product - lighting, camera settings etc can make a massive difference. This was not really addressed at all, and the responses simply followed the structure of denying that they did anything wrong, and then saying BUT we understand (totally genuine haha) and throwing in a bunch of emojis.

I ordered the Delirio Pants Noir for €160.
The delivery took almost a month, which was acceptable given that it was a preorder. What is absolutely unacceptable at this price point, however, is the extremely poor quality of the workmanship.
The seams and buttons were so poorly attached that they were practically falling off upon arrival, forcing me to pay extra for a tailor. Additionally, the fabric loses its shape very easily and stretches out around the hips after minimal wear.
While the material feels soft and comfortable on the skin and the design itself is beautiful, the lack of quality control and care in production is disappointing and unjustifiable for such a high price.
Unfortunately, this experience prevents me from purchasing from this brand again

Waited a month and a half for my skirt, and in the end I had to take it to the tailor because it was too big. The side zipper is poor quality; it doesn’t zip open and closed properly. They promised shipping by a certain date but didn’t follow through. I am, however, satisfied with the email communication, that was fast.

Hice el envío a Barcelona y te pone al comprar que llega en máximo 48 horas, y no es cierto, nunca llega en ese tiempo, tarda muchísimo en llegar la mercancía, nunca obtengo lo que necesito para poder usarlo cuando lo necesito..los métodos de envío funcionan fatal.

The customer service team were exceptionally helpful! I changed my mind about an order but they were kind enough to let me change it before dispatch so I didn't have to waste time doing a return. The dress I ended up getting I absolutely love and can't wait to wear to my friends wedding! Thank you so much for your help and understanding.

My first words when I put on this fit: ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! I was instantly in love. At 5’2” with curves and a small waist, finding clothes that truly fit is nearly impossible. But this? The cut, the design, the quality... it’s flawless. It’s flattering, whimsical, and made me spin around my room in excitement, I had to share mirror pics to all the besties. I’ll be rocking this at a few festivals this weekend and beyond. Thank you for making unbelievable clothes that make us feel beautiful.

I ordered a set which upon recieving I did not like while wearing it. The fabric kept on moving therefore I had to adjust all the time. However my high rating is due to the fact that they fixed this perfectly for me. I sent them an email and was able to sent it back way past the normal return period (it was about 3 months) and recieved my money back in just a couple of days. Overall this has left me with a nice experience with them, they really try to help when you are not satisfied! Only remark: if you try to contact them use the email on their website instead of replying to their mails, they respond much faster that way

Firstly, the quality of the items is not reflected in the price - the dress I purchased for £99 could’ve been from SHEIN. Secondly, upon receiving my items, I received a letter from DPD advising I owed £70 in taxes, on top of the original £148 I’d spent in store, this was not declared at any point during the checkout process. When trying to return my items, it took over 3 weeks for DPD to collect the items and despite multiple emails to feners and their third party shipping company, nobody was willing to help. Finally, a month later when my returned items were collected, an additional £20 was charged to return - with the label stating the items were only worth £30 and a ‘small jumper’ probably so feners could avoid those same import duty taxes. All in all, disappointed and will never purchase from here again.

Import charge to the UK was an extra £75 which wasn’t notified anywhere on the website. It says customer is responsible but any decent company would advise what that cost is or ensure it is covered. I’ve imported things from across the world for a fraction of the price.

Ordered a skirt, top, and shoes to NYC. The skirt and top arrived quickly—but in a small box (too small to fit shoes in). The shoes literally just weren’t included. I reached out to customer service to see if the shoes were coming in a separate box and waited a whole month for them to “investigate,” only to be told that UPS proof of delivery was proof the shoes had arrived. Of course I got a package (with the skirt and top)—but not the shoes.
I’ve spent $600+ here as a loyal customer, and this is how they handled it: denial, deflection, and silence instead of simply fixing the mistake. The shoes were only $75—it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. Sadly, they’ve lost me as a repeat customer.
