I have been following FENERS for a while now on socials. I started following them mainly because I was so impressed by their ethical and sustainable business model. Plus the beautiful brand image they have AND the freaking shoes they make! So happy that I finally got to buy my first pair, there will be many pooor pairs joining my wardrobe!!

I love my boots!! With a square toe and chunky heel, they were exactly what I was looking for and could not find anywhere else! The shipping process was so quick, and the personal touches like the way they were wrapped and the little note made me feel special! I will definitely recommend to my friends and buy from Feners again!

Ik ben superblij met de Capvespre Panacotta laarsjes! 😊 De kwaliteit is heel mooi en het was het wachten waard. De schoenen vallen wel iets groter dan ik gewend ben, want ik het altijd maat 39 en moet deze laarzen wel met een zooltje dragen omdat ze aan de grote kant zijn. Liefs!

Wow. Elegant, bold, timeless, a staple. I wanted boots exactly like these and it took me a while to find them. I’m so glad I finally did! I also emailed customer service regarding my order and they were very nice and fast to respond. Shipping was also very fast for being overseas. I’m very happy with my purchase and look forward to owning more of Feners’ shoes!

Escribo esta review como forma de desahogo respecto a mi experiencia con esta marca y ante todo para que sirva para próximos clientes ya que por primera vez en mi vida me siento timada y sobre todo vacilada ante un comercio. Me gusta invertir en negocios emergentes y más si son ecoconscientes y sumado al gran atractivo de los productos y a la calidad que ofrecen me decidí a hacer una compra de unas botas a Feners, una pesadilla. La espera para el envío fue la acordada en su web lo cual no resultó un problema ya que era consciente de ello cuando decidí realizar la compra el problema fue posteriormente: En primer lugar, me envían un tracking number el día 29 de noviembre que me dirige a la página web de MRW donde se me informa de que ese envío no existe. Llamo a MRW para cerciorarme de este hecho y me confirman que ellos no han recibido ningún paquete con ese número de seguimiento. Obviamente contacto con Feners por correo electrónico, los cuales me dan largas y básicamente me dicen que me busque la vida con MRW. Intento contactar por Instagram y la verdad que son encantadores y rápidamente intentan localizar el paquete. El problema es que el destinatario es a Canarias y han olvidado adjuntar la factura (paso necesario para pasar por aduanas). No hay problema, un error lo tiene cualquiera y mientras se subsane todas las partes contentas, me aseguran que el paquete se ha vuelto a enviar y esta vez de forma correcta. Desde entonces, hoy es día 22 de diciembre, no se nada del paquete. He intentado contactar con ellos en 5 ocasiones solicitando el tracking number y su única respuesta es que se han puesto en contacto con el centro logístico y que cuando sepan algo ya se pondrán en contacto conmigo. Finalmente, he reiterado en 3 ocasiones que debido a todos estos problemas y como no me dan solución alguna, quiero el reembolso del dinero (Artículo 109 y 110 de los derechos del consumidor en compra online: derecho de desistimiento en un plazo de 14 días naturales, dejando con ello el contrato sin efecto, pudiendo proceder a la devolución sin que la empresa vendedora pueda negarse a realizar el reembolso del coste de la compra, por lo que bastante paciente estoy siendo. E incluso, en caso de retraso injustificado, el consumidor puede solicitar la devolución del doble del importe pagado). Caso omiso a mi petición y vuelven a contestarme que se han puesto en contacto con el centro logístico. Finalmente he decidido reclamar a la OCU y poner en su disposición la peor gestión de compra online que he realizado.

Do not take your chances ordering from this company, as they will not stand by your product if it should arrive defective. In October 2022 I placed my ORDER #31018 for my first pair of boots with this company ( the La Semaine Noir boots), they arrived one month later and after only two times wearing them, the heel on the right boot began to make a sticking-clicking sound when walking, as if the heel were not properly attached. I wrote to the company for assistance, and they said in order to reduce carbon footprint that I should take the shoe to someone local to fix. And if I couldn't do that, then they would help me. I do not have anyone local I would trust to try and fix them. And if they damaged them further, I have no recourse with Feners. I wrote Feners again regarding this, and they now claim they do not do repairs and I that they suggest again finding someone local to fix. So basically I just blew $189 on new shoes that a company will not stand by, with the cop-out claim of reducing carbon footprint. Sadly, I placed a 2nd order (#32411) for a different pair of boots before I wore the 1st pair to see how they held up. Never again will I purchase from this company or any company who will not stand by their product. Purchase from Feners at your own risk! ~ Mary C., Nashville, TN USA

I would absolutely avoid this brand. My boots never arrived after over 3 months of waiting. Ridiculous. I wanted to preorder boots to be sustainable but the boots didn’t arrive even after 2 months after the expected shipping date. The team assured me multiple times the boots would be shipped the same day but it never did. This is unacceptable!

I am in love with my golden boots! They took awhile to arrive, are absolutely worth the wait. Great quality, very comfortable, I wore them all night dancing - make me feel like Wonder Woman!
Can’t wait to get another pair!

I am a research buyer these days. It takes me forever to finally pull the trigger on investment wardrobe items. I had been eyeing these forever and finally preordered them. I read all the reviews and I mean all of them multiple times. What I kept coming back to is this boot is the most classic boot for the quality and price point. I recently got them in and let me just say they are truly stunning. I live in NYC and walk a lot and I lived in these boots for the first time for a full day and I was SO COMFORTABLE! I’m talking 8am-11pm all day comfort. They are so good I’m already looking to buy another pair. To address the reviews about the leather quality not being up to par… I’m not sure what this person is referring to. These boots are very high quality and hold their shape. I’m a “buy little but high quality” buyer and these lived past the expectations (and that’s hard to do for me these days)

I've never felt so disappointed in ordering something online until dealing with this company. I ordered Le Clog in Ivory and Le Midnight Noir boots back in early September. I made the mistake of not reading the fine print that the boots wouldn't be shipped until October (my mistake), so had to wait until then for both to ship together (emissions cutting measure). The only way I could have gotten them to ship separately would have been to go in, cancel my Le Clog purchase from my order, and purchase them separately (instead of the company handling the shipments internally). I heavily regret not doing this.
I waited until early November to find that they were still delayed on the boots. I reached out almost weekly to see if they had any helpful update and kept getting "it'll be shipped next week" in return. By mid-November I got tired of waiting with no line of sight for delivery and cancelled my boot order. My assumption was that they were holding onto the clogs until the boots were ready. After waiting another week, I finally heard back that they sold out of the clogs (that I now have been waiting for more than 2 months for).
Not only was the constant "it'll be sent next week" emails frustrating (I wish there was some sort of actual line of sight on deliver), but not being offered any sort of discount or incentive for THEIR mistake (running out of the clogs I ordered while waiting for the boots) gave me no hope for this company from a customer service perspective. Super disappointed because their items are gorgeous and I want to support a female owned small business, but I don't know anyone who has patience for all of these things.

Incredible quality! I have never had a pair of boots that I could walk miles in without having to painfully break in or having my feet hurt after.
Upon receiving my boots I immediately decided to order shoes for my mom and sister for holiday gifts. One of the pairs needed to be exchanged and every person I have have talked with on customer service team has been kind, generous and gotten back to me very quickly.

My boots took SO LONG to arrive but they fit perfectly, look amazing, and feel like great quality boots. I can’t believe how long it took them to arrive (>2 months after I placed the order) but I’d say it was worth it. The customer service team was very nice and responsive in letting me know why the boots were taking so long to ship which I really appreciated.

The shoes were nice looking, but way too big (I always wear size 40, however, these were at least one size too large and not very comfy either). I asked to return them within a few days and was told they would not be able to refund my money because they were "on sale" for 150€ - this is not even legal in the EU because any online shop must accept returns within 14 days, also for sale items. When I ordered, I believed the "free shipping and exchanges" without reading the fine print. After three back and forth e-mails, they agreed to refund my money minus 10€ shipping cost, ok. I have sent the shoes back and have asked twice about the status of my return - it has now been 14 days since they arrived back in Spain and I have still not seen any money back. Worst customer service, I would def not recommend!

the product took 2 months to ship and upon arrival, they did not fit over my calves. I have never had an issue with boots zipping over my calves (they're very slender) but these seem to be made for children. I was so excited about these boots and have been telling friends about the brand nonstop, but this is very disappointing.

I ordered the Le Disco in Panacotta and wore them to every event, every night out, and they ended up being MY WEDDING SHOES. I’ve walked miles in these, got married in these, danced all night, and wore them again the next day. These are my favorite shoes ever, the shoe to end all other shoes.

VERY BAD QUALITY: zipper broke after 3 hours of use.
I have ordered a pair of 'je t’aime beige'. The boots arrived very fast and I was very excited to wear them te next day. But the first day I wore them, the zipper broke!
I have asked for a reshipment and wanted my money back, but the only answer I got, was to find a repairshop and send them te bill for a max of 15 euro. They also wrote: The durability of the items always depends on the degree of use and care. I only wore them 3 hours and they blame me for the broken zipper! It's been 2 weeks now since I heard from them...
Furthermore they hide behind sustainability to avoid extra costs for a reshipment or a refund. If they really want to be a sustainable brand, they make shoes that last a lifetime instead of 3 hours.
I am so disapointed in Feners. DO NOT EVER BUY SHOES HERE!
