I ordered the Je T'aime Noir for this fall and winter and am totally in love with them! The quality of the shoes is great and they look soooo pretty! I will definitely buy shoes again, as I already set my eyes on the Le Midnight Coco Noir and/or the La Semaine Noir. I can recommend buying from Feners as it is a sustainable and independent brand that wants to change the fashion industry for the better.

I've rarely seen such beautiful mules! So comfy and so funky, Feners is litt my fav shoes brand!

I bought the Je M'en Fous Ivory flat sandals and the Le Mule Citron Rainbow heeled sandal for summer and they did not disappoint! I have had SO many great comments when I've worn them! I have ordered shoes from Feners three times already. Love the designs and the quality of this small female owned company. Shipment to Germany was always reliable and super quick after the production process had ended. Would recommend buying there to anyone :)

The most beautiful and well-made shoes I’ve ever bought

I decided to buy from Feners because they produce ethically, sustainable & are a female-run brand. Both shoes I own from Feners – the 'Le Retro' boots, and the high heeled clogs – are stunning and comfortable and arrived so quickly (delivery to Germany)! definitely not the last pair I will get :)

Obsessed with the designs every season!! My favourite are the Ever-Yday noir, classic yet chic and fun at the same time, and goes with every outfit. Amazing to know it is female owned and handmade in Spain, and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Love love love this brand! I bought their green pumps last summer and they have rarely left my feet! The are a summer staple and so comfortable. I cannot wait to see what they come up with next!

Excellent brand! High of quality!

Worst experience ever! Poor quality of shoes, that’s why I wanted to return them. I wrote 3 E-Mails and never got a reply. Not until I used PayPal customer protection. I had to send back the shoes by myself for 18€ and even though I informed them about my return, they did not except my return and now I have to pay another 10€ because the parcel was send back to me! And I still haven’t got a return label from them! I just hate this brand and I will give this to my lawyer now.

I bought a pair of the complice fuchsia sandals in mid-June: they were meant to be shipped by the end of July and arrived after a month afterward - end of August.
The shoes were not carefully made as one would expect after such a long wait: the leather layer was peeling off as soon as I took them out of the box, the strap would not close around my ankles (circumference of 20cm, pretty average ankle).
I was very disappointed by the quality of the shoes, but the customer service team was extremely helpful and quick to reply, both when I asked for an update on shipping and when I asked for a refund - which came in full shortly after I returned the shoes. The reason why I give two stars instead of one is customer service, which also gave me coupons for future purchases.
I would suggest more thorough quality checks and a wider array of feet in mind when designing the shoes.
