Great shoes - great service! :-)

I really love the shoes, the ethics and all those things around the brand. And yet I can only say that I do not recommend anyone to order here. I’ve tried it two times now and was disappointed both of them. First order was in October last year, shipping was supposed to be early December. By Christmas and a lot of messages later still no package. No communication about the delay via email AT ALL and I only knew they were having problems because they were complaining on Instagram a lot. So fast forward some time around New Years they arrived, without the socks that were offered as a goodie for the delay. Unfortunately they turned out too big so I had to return them which turned out to be quite an issue too: they had problems with their emails and weren’t receiving mine for which there was also no communication so I just waited for my return label for two weeks or so and only after a while runs out because I messaged them on Instagram.
This summer I decided to give it another shot and ordered a pair of sandals with a shipping date of august 9th. Again, no shipping notice whatsoever by August 19th or so, so I decided to message them again with no answer for a couple days and then today they tell me that the shoes are no longer available and there was a mistake in their system. I have paid for these shoes WEEKS ago this cannot go unnoticed not even in a small company. Anyways, I have received my refund and all but I will definitely not give this brand another shot. I would have really liked to continue my support but the service for th price they are demanding is just awful. I do not want to have to chase every order and payment which I had to.

I ordered their knee high boot…and OMG! It make me feel so stylish and confident! Not to mention the amazing quality, their thoughtful packaging and pricing! This will be a brand I will always come back to and share it to my girlies happily. Thankyou FENERS ❤️

With this brand claiming great comfort and blister free feet (in their marketing newsletter) I wanted to give the Mules a try.
They look stunning but unfortunately, despite the quite high price, they are pretty much unwearable, especially in summer when the feet start to sweat under the material (which is very stiff and does not allow any air flow). Blisters formed after 10 minutes of walking in these shoes.
Except for those who collect shoes just to look at them, I would not recommend these shoes.
Since no actual walking can be done in them, the shoes do not live up to their purpose: thus 1 star.

I purchased a pair of boots 6 months ago, love them. Ordered 2 more last week 1 came damaged I sent a picture immediately and they said was impossible and that the damage was caused from me. I took a picture the minute they were delivered. They won’t return them. Buyers beware, extremely poor customer service

Love my mules! They are great quality and look stunning. Once you break in they are also very comfy. I got many compliments on them! Fenders’ customer service is also great.

I ordered Le Retro Noir and I love the design and quality. However, I was disappointed to find that the shoes were too tight for my calves - the zipper cannot close all the way to the top, it stops about 4cm below. The elastic piece that is supposed to provide extra stretch isn't big enough / doesn't reach low enough.
As a feminist brand I would recommend that Feners looks into making their shoes more size inclusive, for example by putting in a bigger elastic piece or providing 2 'calf sizes'? It would be lovely if us bigger-calved girls get to wear these cool ankle boots too!
(P.S. I can still wear the shoes, just with the zipper partially open. But I can imagine it being impossible for people with bigger sizes)

I ordered the Le Mule in Rainbow and they are everything I hoped for and MORE. Not only did they arrive just as they looked in the pictures, they came packaged beautifully as well. You can tell that these sandals were made with care and will last through the years. In addition to these sandals being everything I dreamed over- they came surprisingly fast! I live in the USA and I believe I received these within about a week of ordering (which i think might have been a little longer than normal since my size was pre-order). All in all, I am so happy with my purchase and I can't wait to buy another pair in the future. For now... I'll be wearing these everyday!

I ordered sandals and they are as the photo shows, the quality is excellent. As well as the service is helpful, I recommend it!

I ordered the Le Twist sandals and I love them! They also shipped a lot faster than I expected and they're definitely super high quality! I also had some contact with the customer service and they were super quick, helpful and friendly. I will definitely buy from Feners again!! Yes, it's more expensive than some other brands, but 100% worth the extra money.

Heb de Mule Rainbow gekocht. Ik was oorspronkelijk een beetje ontgoocheld omdat de levering ettelijke weken op zich liet wachten. Maar mijn wachten werd beloond, het resultaat is zeer mooi. Ik apprecieer ten zeerste het menselijke karakter van dit bedrijf. Ik kijk uit naar de nieuwe collectie!

I bought them for a birthday gift and they were the best surprise ever!!!!! She loved them and I’m sure they are not the last pair we buy !!! Keep going Feners!!

I received the Ever-day Tangerine boot in the mail yesterday.

I adore them. They are amazing.

I tried them on and they are very comfy, we will see if they stand the test of time, but the quality appears very nice. The style is unique and beautiful, you can't find boots like these often!
I will order more pairs in the future when I have more closet space :)

I ordered the citron rainbow mules and they're perfect. The colors are gorgeous and exactly as pictured on the website. Super comfortable too! I wore them all night for a wedding — no blisters but a ton of compliments! I also love that the shoes are made sustainably and the Feners customer service team is a delight to deal with. I can't wait to wear these shoes all summer.

The ethos too around the brand, and selling in batches rather than immediately and fast - great model. Delivery from Spain to Germany was also seamless and smooth, packaging was perfect. Love this colourful brand! I have four pairs of shoes from Feners and am super happy with them. The heels are very comfortable, you don’t really feel like you’re wearing heels. Overall quality of the shoes is high, with nice and accessible prices.
