i ordered the vegan satin mules and they are georgous. in reality they look the same as on the pictures. the size also fits perfectly! i had a very nice and quick customer communication and service. i will certainly re-order!

Was so excited about my tangerine clogs- until I wore them. The most uncomfortable shoes EVER. Do not recommend them. I could barely walk from my car to the restaurant without being in pain.

I ordered the Complice Fuchsia Satin Vegan shoes and they are super amazing, the quality is outstanding and they are super comfortable. I first saw them a year ago and decided to buy them this a year and I don’t regret it for a moment! Got so Many compliments for them and everyone was asking where I got them! Can only recommend!!

I ordered the Je T'aime Zip Boots in black. They arrived super quickly, and they fit perfectly. I loved the style and wore them regularly for about 6 weeks. Then, after 6 weeks of use, the sole completely detached from the bottom of one of the boots. Like, it is completely in half.

I messaged customer support thinking I got a faulty pair and was hoping for a replacement. They said they recommended that I take them to a cobbler to have them fixed (and offered to reimburse me for the repair once I sent proof of receipt), while passing this off as easily fixable and not out of the ordinary.

My issue with this is: one, I expect shoes (and especially $200 shoes) to last longer than 6 weeks of use, which is a reasonable expectation; and two, that solution puts the labor of fixing the shoes on the customer (who's not at fault for receiving a faulty product) and doesn't respect the time it takes to find a cobbler, drop them off, pick them up, and track down Feners to provide a refund for the repair.

Overall my experience with this company has been poor. They clearly have major issues with quality, and since they expect customers to fix the shoes themselves, I would not recommend purchasing here because you as the customer are not protected if they provide you with a faulty product.

Feners maakt haar belofte over dat de 'Le Mule satin' zo lekker zit dat het lijkt alsof je geen hakken draagt helemaal waar! Met maat 40 en een lengte van 1.78m draag ik nooit hakken, dus ben het niet gewend, maar deze zitten gewoon lekker en kon er een hele avond op lopen en dansen :) Daarnaast zijn deze schoenen volledig vegan en is het bedrijf 'female owned'. Love it en ga dit paar zeker nog in een andere kleur aanschaffen!

J'ai commandé une magnifique paire de chaussures sur votre site internet (je glisse mon numéro de commande au passage : 23648) le 24 Mars, soit il y a plus d'1 mois. Je n'ai aucune nouvelle de la marque qui pourrait au minimum me tenir informé de l'état de ma commande.

J'ai payé la modique somme de 140 euros, j'ai bien évidemment été prélevé mais c'est tout.
Pouvez-vous m'expliquer comment cela est possible ? Votre service client est lamentable et j'espère avoir très rapidement de vos nouvelles.

Sachez que j'ai la rancune tenace et que je ne serai pas avare de mauvaise publicité !

I bought the Je M'en Fous Cactus Noir last year. These are really beautiful shoes and so stylish, but I'm sad to say that if you have narrow feet these are not the sandals for you. They are very uncomfortable to walk around in for more than 20 mins and the vegan leather mixed with hot weather causes there to be friction against your skin causing blisters and cuts.

I've been eyeing the green mules for a year and finally purchased a pair. Not only are they stunning, they are SO comfortable, by far the most comfortable heels I've ever owned. This particular style is vegan and I'm so glad, because as a vegan it's so hard finding shoes that not only align with your ethics but are also super stylish. I get so many compliments on them every time I wear them, by women, men, anyone really. Shipping was also fairly quick considering they came from across the world! Just bought the orange ones as well because now I must own them all, lol. Also, I love that this is a woman owned brand, I'm a customer for life, cant wait for many more purchases!

I purchased my first pair of footwear (purple metallic cowboy boots) from Feners this past week and couldn't be more delighted. Shipment was VERY fast (four business days) considering they had to cross the Atlantic and the boots are GORGEOUS. The leather is buttery soft and the purple metallic color is spectacular. Sizing is accurate- I am a street US size 8 and size 39 fit perfectly. I would DEFINITELY recommend their website to anyone looking for unique well made footwear with a European flair. 💜

Orange Noir Cactus Leather boots
Shoes didn’t last a year of me practicalli not wearing them. I didn’t wear them to work or party. They aren’t very comfortable so I had them literally few times just to sit somewhere and not walk too much.
First year of them is comming closer, they are tearing up in two places and the support team told me there is no warranty for them. So I wrote this review and then they changed their mind and gave me coupon for new shoes.
I will keep you updated about quality od the new pair.
